Nice enough place, good location down some side streets so not on the noisy main streets of West Yellowstone. Liked the pool/hot tub though it was often overrun with large family groups and noisy splashing kids. Room (third floor) was quiet but faced onto the front parking area and the harsh bright light from the lot was annoying. I asked to get a room on the other side of the property but was told it wasn't possible. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Perks like the free ice cream, laundry facilities, and water station were appreciated. The included breakfast buffet was pretty standard but a fairly good selection of breakfast breads, cereal, and even some hot options. Overpriced, IMO, but I think typical for this popular area right next to Yellowstone NP.

Bright lights in parking area that flooded the room at night, so had to close curtains and couldn't have fresh air coming into the room overnight.

Locatie. Zeer dichtbij de West-gate van Yellowstone en op loopafstand van winkeltjes en restaurantjes. De fire-pit en complimentary smores waren een leuke bijkomstigheid. Fijn dat ontbijt is inbegrepen. Verder zeer vriendelijk ontvangen en parkeren voor de deur.

Niet zo heel veel tafeltjes bij het ontbijt en jammer van de (met name Chinezen) die een rommel achter lieten op de tafels. De jongen van de staff die met z'n oordoppen in rondliep leek het ook niet echt te interesseren om dit op te ruimen. Voor de rest erg fijn verblijf gehad.

Location was great, minutes to Yellowstone NP entrance , and close to lots of shopping and a fair amount of dining options.

Staff was always glad to help, ice cream social and smores nightly were great. Pool and Hot Tub were great, just a wonderful experience. One of the best hotel experiences I have had in a long time.

Just a little disappointed in the Breakfast selections. Could have had more hot choices.

Great to have A/C with record heat wave. Very comfortable beds and nice clean bathroom! Like having a refrigerator!!!

I thought this property was awesome for families! They had a really neat game room in the basement with air hockey, arcade games and Xbox room/lounge all for free! I thought it was also a nice touch that they offered s’mores packets for the fire pit outside and free ice cream. My kids loved it! The rooms were spacious and very clean too. I loved that they had full bottles of bath & body works shampoo/conditioner and body wash in the shower. Excellent place! Highly recommend staying here if you are in the area or visiting Yellowstone.

Lots of amenities - pool, game room, small gym, s'mores by the fire. Clean rooms with fridge and microwave. Breakfast was fine.

No hot food for breakfast, no eggs. (The new stove hadn't been delivered yet) Rooms and hallway were way too hot (it was early May and still snowing). There was no way to turn down the heat so we had to open the window sometimes.

We enjoyed our stay at the Yellowstone Park. The rooms could have been slightly brighter although the low lighting was in keeping with the theme of the US Western design. Breakfast was of the typical US style but the options were good and the food was fresh and of good quality. The location meant we could easily walk into the small town to get to plenty of bars and restaurants.

The brightness of the room could be enhanced by additional lighting options. A bit too yellow for my liking but it was in keeping with the themed historical US Western ambience.

The breakfasts are pathetic. Very little choice of poor quality food. Only paper plates and cups with PLASTIC utensils. This West Yellowstone lodge is ugly and inpersonal. We liked nothing about it apart from the comfortable bed.
