This place is one of our favorite hotels when we stay in west Yellowstone. The staff was super nice and accommodating. We ended up having an extra guest with us (5) people and we had originally booked a 2 queen room. They were super nice and upgraded to the business one with extra space since they didn’t have a room with a couch. Housekeeping super nice. Facility was super clean. Could have done a better job with the ice on the sidewalks around the building.

Everything was good, did miss the breakfast as the bagged breakfast isn’t filling.
The people in the room above us were partying and being loud, I called the front desk and they took care of it.

The location was excellent, and the staff was excellent too.
When I took a shower the first night, the tub was slippery, so I fell hurt my knee. Then I asked for a rubber tub mat, and they didn't have any.
Also, we were 4 in my family when my grandkid took his towel. The towel was dirty with blood. I called the front desk, and they sent clean towels right away

Best free breakfast from a hotel that I have ever had. The pool with a waterslide was exceptional and very clean. Staff very friendly and helped with maps of the surrounding area.

Couldn't tell you. I included pet friendly in the booking.com app, and they directed me to this facility which didn't accept pets. Staff would not refund my money and I had to look for another pet friendly place in the area at the last minute.
I'm a Wyndham platinum member and they wouldn't refund my money or give me the points.

Traveling people on business should be lodged above families. Beds were uncomfortable and hard.

Location was great. Right by Yellowstone and all the shops & food we’re walking distance. Clean rooms and comfortable. The staff were really friendly.

Iy was close to the park
Rhe rooms at night were very light due to the outside lights . The towels were so small , the hot water was only warm. The beds were hard and the blankets were so thin. .

Breakfast was great. Lots of choices and the staff was very attentive and friendly. They did an excellent job cleaning up the breakfast bar after every few people had gone through. Also, all the tables were cleared and wiped down completely after guests left the area.
