We loved staying in this unit. Had a great set up of space and very clean and comfortable. Easy access by Uber/taxi or you can walk to town. It’s a challenging walk back up all the steps from Old Town but not expensive to grab a ride when you need it. We would definitely stay here again. The Property Manager was very responsive and helpful.

The views were spectacular. The host replied quickly. The property itself was well equipped. It was perfect for the 6 of us.

My family ( four teenagers) really enjoyed our stay at Villa Ravello. Great view from the balcony where we had breakfast in the mornings. Nice with two bathrooms and an extra toilet. Good, function kitchen with a lot of kithen utilities. Air-con and wifi worked perfectly. Some steps to walk up and down to the old city, but good excersice. And uber was very convinient when going a bit further from town. We met the host and he gave us some great beach tips and was really easygoing. We would definitively stay there again if we come back.

Highly recommend this place for the views and comfort of the accomodations. Most activities are in the old town, so be prepared to do a lot of steps. We generally walked down and took an Uber back. Only about 5-7 Euros Comfortable apartment for our group of 6

Stayed here for 2.5 days in Dubrovnik. Beautiful house with incredible patio views. Host was super communicative & had a great response. Only challenge was that it is 20 minutes uphill from old town Dubrovnik, so plan on some steps. We walked down in the morning & took Ubers back. The Ubers are about $5 USD 1 way

We were five women and had plenty of room. The accommodations were wonderful. They have a washing machine and a dishwasher. Views are out of this world. The refrigerator is a good size. It’s really steep and tough to get around but I would come back here it’s beautiful the house was also lovely.

Just returned form our fabulous stay at Villa Ravello. From the minute we booked Kieran was in touch with helpful hints and tips. Including organising our pick up/drop off from Airport( family of 6) with the lovely Ivo. The Villa is fabulous. Spotlessly clean and very well maintained. great living/dining space. The bedrooms are a great size and offer plenty of storage space. The views from the balcony were wonderful and having our breakfast sitting there was the perfect start to the day. The stairs down to old town weren’t too bad but were a slog for our older family members going back up. Kieran had suggested Uber so we took full advantage of the advice! Taxi was around €15 but with Uber it was €5 and when 6 of us needed the Uber it was €7. Worth every penny. I would highly recommend Villa Ravello and can’t thank Kieran enough for hosting us. 💚

The property is wonderful - they have more glassware, plates and cooking utensils then we have ever seen in a rental.. it super easy to got around - yes there are steps - easier going down then up but the easiest way is an 4 euro Uber trip do t take taxi’s. The views are stunning and breakfast on the terrace in the morning and wine at night makes for a 5 star recommendation

We had an exceptional experience. Our host and his recommendations were excellent. The location was almost ideal…maybe if the property was slightly closer to “Old Town” our end of day stair climb would have been reduced. However, this location was 4.5/5 stars for actual placement. Views, amenities and host communication all surpassed our expectations. Sincerest Thanks to Kieran and his group.

This was a great experience! Villa Ravello was exceptionally clean and very comfortable. We enjoyed morning and evenings looking out over the water and old town thoroughly enjoying the view. Ciaran was an exceptional host with great communication and response. I wish we could go back today!

This was the perfect launch pad from which to explore Dubrovnik. A short walk down to the old city, yes plenty of stairs back, but very doable. Very well appointed, and excellent communication with Kieran the host. Million dollar views, which was nice. You can also brave the busy road above to walk a few steps to the start of a very nice hike up Mt Srd. Small store with all the basics you need for your breakfasts and lunches - for dinner we enjoyed a few different local restaurants. We considered booking accommodation in the Old City but it seems really expensive and even in so called 'shoulder season' it seemed crowded and noisy. This was by far the better option.

Kieran’s communication before our stay was outstanding. His recommendation for taxi and tours was spot on. The apartment is lovely and clean. Learning the bus information for rides back up the hill was key as the steps to town are numerous..easy to go down though!

We spent a great week in Villa Ravello. The place is really confortable and quiet and with a fantastic view on the sea. Kieran is really friendly and gave us a lot of helpful information. We recommand Villa Ravello for holidays in family.

Had an excellent stay at the Villa. Location was excellent. The size of the unit was great for six people, and we barely had need to use the living room area as the views from the patio were amazing. We did know beforehand that the unit was uphill with a large number of steps to the Old Town below. Contact and responses from the owner were prompt. He was very courteous and provided lots of helpful information prior to the start of our trip. We noted two minor issues, which he promised to address following our departure. While containing everything you require for your holiday visit, the only suggestion we would make is when renting to a larger number of guests, the provision of garbage bags, a few more towels and bathroom supplies. However this in no way detracts from an excellent rating of the property. We would highly recommend it.

Property was lovely and very clean. Walk up was a little long but good exercise!

From before we arrived Kieran owner of Ravello was very helpful. The Villa was lovely very spacious with the most amazing views. I can agree with other reviews that it really was all that it was advertised and reviewed as. There was a bus down to the old town, which stopped on the main road. We got taxis back most evenings. Visited Cavtat, went by boat and returned by bus. Lovely place. Big fan of game of thrones so visited Lokrum an island very near to the old town. The Iron Throne was there. So many places used in the filming of the game of thrones in the Old Town and Lokrum. Would definitely recommend the Ravello villa to stay in whilst in Dubrovnik. Ivo Met us at the airport in his Taxi which made our arrival so easy.

This unit worked out perfectly for our group of 6 women. Plenty of space and the view was fabulous. We especially appreciated having a washer and drying rack after hiking for several days in Croatia. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. It was a quiet neighborhood which we could easily reach via city bus. Thanks for a great stay!

Loved the amazing views and sunsets from the outside deck! Kiernan was extremely helpful and so responsive to our questions. The living space was comfortable and perfect for our needs. I would definitely stay at this property again!

We spent 3 nights here. Our Host Keiran, was very welcoming when we arrived, gave us a very good show of the apartment, and gave us great tips and suggestions for our stay. He most certainly is a Great Host. The apartment was very well appointed and the views were absolutely OUTSTANDING!!! It was only a 15 minute walk to the old town and the beaches, which the 4 if us really enjoyed each day. I would most certainly recommend this spot.

We had a wonderful four nights at Kieran's villa in Dubrovnik. The place is spotless, spacious and nicely laid out for a large group. With four bedrooms and three bathrooms, the logistics of a big group were made simple. The living room and dining room have walkouts to a huge balcony that offered great views and lots of sunshine. The kitchen was well equipped, and the french press was a big hit allowing us to brew large pots of coffee each morning. The beds were comfortable and the entire unit was spotless. The old city was about a 15 minute walk down steps and a downtown commercial district was about 25 minutes walk, and far fewer steps. The city's steps can be tough on a hot summer afternoon, but that can be part of Dubrovnik's charm. Kieran was always available to help us with anything we needed and was very helpful in making sure we had an enjoyable time in the city and in his beautiful apartment. We all had a great time!

We had a fabulous week in Dubrovnik. Villa was perfect and Kieran was SO helpful. We recommend the islands, quieter and they have lovely beaches to swim. We will be returning!

Beautiful views, superb property with facilities and space second to none. This property is clearly loved by its owner and loved and respected by all who stay because it is in fabulous condition almost as fabulous as the views.....but not quite! You're spoilt with space both inside and outside with great balconies on two sides and if you count the suntrap that is the entrance then you can catch the fabulous Croatian sunshine every hour of the day. Located directly above the old town this apartment was a fantastic base for discovering Dubrovnik and the surrounds. Whilst the apartment was fantastic it was second to the quality of service from our host Kieran who arranged all of our transfers and gave us the best places to visit and eat throughout our stay. His communication, care and genuine interest in you having a great time came through time and time again. I strongly recommend that anyone staying at Ravello takes advantage Kierans knowledge and experience of Dubrovnik. What else can I say, Dubrovnik was fantastic, Ravello is fabulous the sunsets are amazing and Kieran is a fantastic, fabulous and truly amazing host!

Villa Ravello is a beautifully situated retreat overlooking the Old Town of Dubrovnik. We enjoyed the descent into the city and the climb up the stairs to return to this peaceful setting. Everything was clean and comfortable for our family of five. Kieran was an exceptionally attentive host who greeted us when we arrived and made sure that we had what we needed to make our stay perfect. We especially appreciated his tips on where to eat and his willingness to arrange our transport to the airport.

We stayed here from 2-9 July ‘19 as a family of 4 (‘kids’ age 21 and 18) Kieran arranged for a lovely driver, Ivo, to meet us at the airport for a small fee. The apartment was exactly what we were looking for with lots of space for all of us. Kieran was very attentive and helpful with advice on places to visit and restaurants. The views from the apartment are just stunning - the perfect place to relax after climbing the MANY steps up from the old town! We did cheat sometimes by getting a taxi up. It was lovely to return from the busyness of the old town and chill out with a book and a glass of wine on the balcony. The sunsets are stunning and it must be one of the best balconies in Dubrovnik to watch from. Highly recommended.

Nothing to fault here. It is what it says it is. Great views. Lots of space. Great communication. Easy (well hilly but easy) walk into town and even easier access to the walk about Mount Srd which is highly recommended. Definitely recommend.
