The room was clean and quiet. The shower had good pressure. The lady who worked the night shift and the man who worked the day shift in the office were both super! Very friendly and full of information! They made the stay memorable!!

The location was honestly the only good thing.

Rough shape! Upgrades were done terribly! Walls were in rough shape! Lots of long stay people just sitting outside made me feel very uncomfortable!

The location was okay, would not recommend in icy weather as its on a hill. We enjoyed the internet T.V., lots of channels.

The room reeked of Smoke, bathroom was cold even with heat on 74 right next to the bathroom door, dead bugs in the floor, the room was barely big enough for the king size bed.

ABSOLUTELY nothing.

EVERYTHING. there was a hole in the wall, as soon as I turned the light switch on the light was flickering like we were at a rave, the bed was covered in stains, we didn’t even check the cleanliness of the bathroom before walking out, the pictures online are NOTHING like the rooms. When we brought our concerns to the front desk the only thing she offered was clean bedding, no refund or other options. I highly recommend spending a little more elsewhere and don’t waste your time or money with this hotel.

The front desk staff was very friendly.

My husband and I could hear the people in the rooms on either side of us. We stayed in town for our wedding anniversary and we had to listen to the people next door being extremely loud and having sex (very loud) all night. The bed was also extremely uncomfortable and I have a bad back.

TV was not working the 2nd night. The staff came and fixed it immediately. They were friendly and considerate.

Showed up 10 minutes before time I was told I could check in and they tried to charge additional 20.00 for early check in. Cancelled reservation...drove down the road to Best Western Plus. Got a great clean room for 30.00 less that included a great free breakfast.

Jacuzzi rooms weren't working, bed was uncomfortable, room not in great/clean shape

They never in 3 days cleaned the room. replaced towels( had to ask maid everyday) they never took garbages out,or change sheet. Could not leave our room one afternoon because the battery in the door lock was dead. Had to wait for the next desk clerk, to come in. We was highly disappointed. We will never return.

Proximity to Pigeon Forge was literally the only “good” thing about this property.

It was absolutely the most disgusting place I have ever stayed. The floors were black with grime and sticky, the bathroom was dirty, the tub was gross, the sink still have toothpaste on it from previous guests, and the whole room smelled weird. The sheets were the only “clean” things in the room and even then, we peeled the comforter and top sheet back, and slept on our own pillows and with blankets that we brought from home. Thank goodness it was literally just a one night stay and we were only in the room long enough to sleep for a few hours and then got out as quickly the next morning as possible! If there had been availability anywhere else we would not have stayed here!
