Convenience to attractions

The lobby was very warm and inviting. The location was nice because it was close to everything but off the main drag so it felt a little more quiet/private. I liked that the rooms did not have old carpet and the cleaning staff was very helpful with replacing towels each day which is unusual these days!

The breakfast wasn’t too good but I wasn’t expecting much so it wasn’t a big deal.

Location, room size, balcony.

When asked after 3 nights spent . I asked if we could get our sheets changed and the answer was NO. Told they can change them tomorrow. We were leaving the next day so that made no since. Very aggravating.

I love everything about the Inn!

The beds could be a little softer but they weren’t the worst. Maybe a soft topper?

It wasn’t as clean as it should’ve been. The floors weren’t clean or the shower.

The kids loved the outdoor pool area. Convenient location to attractions. It's in a quiet location just off the strip. The bathroom was a great size.

The beds could have been better especially the pillows.

Not able to get room facing pool because we booked thur someone else such a shame.

The Resort Hotel is a wonderful place to stay but I was total disappointed with the view of the cemetery.

I was expecting a view of the mountains and not a cemetery.

We all enjoyed the indoor pool with the hot tub and the outdoor pool and the slide and kitty paw in the lazy river! Also a nice breakfast in the morning!

I love this hotel and always enjoy my stay. The boys love the indoor pool (the outdoor kiddie water park was closed due to the time of year we visited). The location of this hotel which is close to everything is basically the reason we keep coming back

On the first day housekeeping left a note saying they were unable to enter & tidy the room due to the do not disturb sign which was placed on the door. However, on the second day they came into the room and collected the used towels. They however did not tidy the beds or anything else for that matter. What a disappointment!!!! It is also unfortunate they got rid of the hot tub. Breakfast gets a bit disappointing because it lacks variety and the exact same thing is offered at the breakfast buffet every morning every single time we visit
