Everything!! Front office staff were wonderful. Our room was clean as always. We love staying here.

Parking can be very limited especially after 900 pm. I did notice several Sevier County vehicles in guest parking during the day. So we had to drive to the other side to park. That was kinda aggravating.

This stay was not the best due to many small issues. The room we received was not well cleaned and the front sink was clogged and wouldn’t drain. The shower door did not close all the way leaving a huge puddle in bathroom floor. The front desk staff was very nice and gave us a different room. That room was very clean either and one of the beds had dirty sheets. We have stayed here many times and have loved it. Not sure what the difference was this time but we probably won’t stay here again.

RE was wonderful. Clean, stocked, comfy, very nice staff. Very peaceful location. Close to alot of things without the heavy traffic. Most comfortable bed I've ever slept in at a hotel. Balcony was great. Even when it rained you could enjoy it without getting rained on. There was plenty of parking. We will definitely stay here again.

Great mountain motel. Really close to the action but quiet and relaxing. Fun pool. Great staff. Gatlinburg is the best! Wished we had stayed longer

Strategically located Downtown in a quiet road, the Inn features large well furnished rooms, friendly staff and a small pool. Absolutely convenient for visiting the town. Good prices for rooms despite the peak season, parking is free, so the small breakfast to go.

Staff was wonderful and very welcoming! location is perfect within walking distance from the Gatlinburg Strip! Room was very clean also love that their shampoo and stuff was bath and body works so had to get a little extra before we left!

I liked that the property was quiet and within walking distance of activities.

I didn’t like the rug in the room. Outside of that everything was very nice.

The breakfast was pathetic. It’s grab and go, nothing decent. The room was so dark and dingy.

Off the main track yet still near the main drag of Gatlinburg. Nicely updated rooms and comfortable beds.

Pool is showing wear. Thought there was a hot tub. Guess I was wrong.

TV was a little small. We only had 1/2 roll of toilet paper for 2 people.

it rained all weekend while we were there and there are no doormats or rugs inside the door so everytime we walked in the floor was immediately wet.
