It was wonderful.. comfortable and staff was great.. I say it was the best..
The pool.. lol.. pool was good for everyone else.. I thought it was too cold... the hot tub was amazing 🤩

I loved that our balcony was right on the river, it was beautiful. I also loved the price of the condo compared to others around it
I didn’t like that we couldn’t use our fireplace because we found a tag on it saying not to use it and it was dangerous because it was emitting too much carbon dioxide so we were sad we couldn’t use the fireplace since it was snowing outside and cold. I also didn’t like that our carpet was green and dirty in the condo, it could definitely use a little updating and a deep clean.

I feel the beds were too firm for my liking. The beds in one bedroom with 2 Queen beds were extremely low to floor and needs a nightstand between the beds

loved the fact it had a jacuzzi tub.. balcony was wonderful. we left the door open at night just to hear the water flow..
we had non working equipment with no warning.

Location, and condo with balcony over the river was stunning... we stayed in a 3 bed 3 bath with tons of room to spare! Staff was wonderful to work with!
We would suggest that the kitchen chairs be replaced as a few of them were rocky and could cause a fall, also the pans in the kitchen were dated and scratched up so even with oil food stuck which made cleaning them harder but still giving a great rating because to us this is minor and just a suggestion 😉

Satisfied with everything...except one.
The only thing wrong was the beds...very hard and uncomfortable....like sleeping on a board...stayed three nights and no one got any sleep....need to invest in some nicer beds....everything else was great!

Great location and beautiful views of the river
We had to pay a $200 cleaning fee and the room was not even clean dirty dishes in the cabinets mold in the showers candy on the floor under the bed and when I asked for compensation they said that was not possible. We had to take out our own trash every day and they were stingy with the supplies one roll of toilet paper one trash bag each day.

the TV in the bedroom did'nt work, and the remote for the TV in the living room did'nt work.

Communicating with the staff regarding the key pick-up was wonderful and check-in was easy. The location is exceptional.
The living room furniture in the unit was worn and uncomfortable. The jacuzzi tub did not work, which was disappointing. I did inform the staff during check-out and was simply told that they would notify maintenance.

Loved the river view and the location was good, off the strip but quiet at night. Plenty of room. We got 2 untie and we could have all stayed in one. Each unit had 3 beds and a pull out couch. Also having 2 bathrooms was a plus.
We were upset the hot tub wasn’t open. We went to use the washer and dryer the last night and our dryer wouldn’t stay on. I just let them air dry overnight, not a big deal.

Watching the babies duck swimming in the creek from the deck. The waterfall sounds are amazing. The location was excellent, walking distance to everything.

The location was perfect. It was right next to the creek and you can hear the sound of the water flowing. It was really relaxing. The location was walking distance to all the gift shops, restaurants and plenty of other fun things to do.
The drop off box for the keys. It could have a sign that says key drop off.

The sound of the rive right outside our bedroom was very relaxing. It’s located on the quiet end of town.
very outdated and the furniture is uncomfortable. It really needs updated and remodeled.

We feel the condo could use some updates . The mattress needs updated and the toilet in the master bath needs some work.
