no fridge, no microwave You won't feel alone here. cockroaches are everywhere in the room. they will sleep with you quilt has cigarette holes and dirty. toilet handle was damaged..

The lady doing housekeeping was a sweetheart. That's about the only good thing honestly.

Roaches, bed bugs and there was a huge hole or I'm not sure what in the mattress but I do know it shouldn't have been left in the room for guests to sleep on. Needs new owners, somebody that actually gives a crap. We left a day early because it was so awful not to Mention, I'm highly allergic to roach dander (poop) so now I'm at home taking breathing treatments will prob need to go to hospital. Thanks!! Definitely not worth the $250 we spent!! I was so disappointed and disgusted but we invested all our money into this trip so it wasn't like we could just get another hotel room somewhere else. The staff was horrible!! Tried to ask why I was charged $87 on top of the $250 and the guy at the front desk just shrugged his shoulders told me "I don't see anything" and continued to eat his bowl of noodles, that we waited outside 20min for him to cook, who knows where.🤦🏽‍♀️ I will be in contact with someone high up...I most definitely want to be reimbursed. THE PICTURES ONLINE ARE DECEIVING!!

Place is a DUMP! strong smell of weed even in No Smoking Rooms, roaches 🪳 everywhere and very dirty beds !

they had roaches. the staff was rude. nobody spoke English or could understand me. I tried getting a late check out and the lobby/ concierge was disrespectful and was no help.
