Very convenient location, very clean, and comfortable enough. Good TV and cable. Appreciate the fridge and coffeemaker, even though the coffee was only okay. The accessible bathroom was a huge improvement, and very nice.

The man who checked me in was rude and talked to me like I was an idiot when I removed my credit card from the card reader, as the reader instructed, before my card processed for the deposit. The box spring or bed support seemed to be worn and made noises every time we got into or out of bed; that didn't affect our comfort. We were glad the high and low fan settings on the A/C worked, but it was noisy, and we couldn't direct the air flow toward the bed at all. And I am concerned that the deposit is still showing twice on my credit card transactions; I was assured at checkout that this is normal. I'll see if both charges disappear when the deposit is credited back..

Double charged took all my money and still have.t got any of it back I didn't stay on this property found drugs in the room it wasn't cleaned at all beds was made and that's it

I didn't like the fact that when I go to check in I was told that there was a deposit fee that I was not informed of and what am I supposed to get that back

The room was very clean, and the price was decent. It was pretty comfortable, and the soundproofing was good. Glad to have TV, coffeemaker, fridge, and microwave for my overnight stay. The location was very convenient to my daughter's apartment and Route 1, and the drive was easy. It was good enough for our needs. The room was extremely clean, quite comfortable and quiet, and we slept well and felt safe.

Kind of an ugly location, but that didn't matter. The bathroom outlets didn't work; we adjusted. Going to the bathroom was scary, because the toilet was low, the floor was slippery, and there were no grab bars. The bathroom fan was noisy but pretty ineffective, so the floor got even more slippery after we took showers. The air conditioner was loud, but it worked; I wish I could have adjusted the fan speed. I also wish I had gone back to the lobby and asked for extra pillows.

Convenient to food and shopping. Beds were comfortable.

There were only 2 pillows for the bed. No elevator. And the shower head wasn't adjustable to change water power.

The place smelled like smoke and we had a smoke free room. Hotel was run down, not clean. If it was not late when we arrived we would have looked for a new hotel.
