Good location. Easy on off I 95. Check in was easy and very friendly and courteous.

My reservation was wrong. I made it with no pet but got a pet friendly room. But the clerk was very accommodating and was able to give me a no pet room. Kudos to him.

Room was clean and location was excellent.

I have panic attacks and brought my service dog along but they did not acknowledge that it was a service dog. When I cannot breathe it is a medical disability and they refused to acknowledge that so I paid the extra for an emotional support dog. I cannot stress enough that my dog Acknowledges when I am stressed out and provides me with kisses and kindness. This is a medical condition and not an emotional one.

The room was spacious and clean; the beds were comfortable. The breakfast was full of good choices. We just stayed for one night and the experience was overall good.

I was very pleased with the overall cleanliness of the facility. Despite the on-site amenities were a bit dated, the notable lack of dust or scent of mold you might find in other places made up for it along with the well situated and stocked free breakfast. Real eggs and sausage and mini-pancakes are a delight.

I had a moment that a next-door guest was drunk, loud, and sobbing as she argued into her phone at her X-boyfriend. With a call to the main office however, she was asked to go into her room to help stifle the sounds of her baleful wailing. The prompt response of the main office staff even at 3 in the morning is the only reason my rating of this facility isn't below 6.

Preston (Employee) is amazing. Property and ownership is less than desirable when discriminating against “certain citizens”.

Susan the owner requires a CASH deposit to stay here. No exceptions for certain people. However there is no ATM within reasonable walking distance. During my stay it was storming outside. This was not made clear up front and requiring employees to collect large amounts of cash is unrealistic and unsafe. As a local business owner and community representative I had planned to use this location for my employees since it was minutes from a new job site and to avoid the 45-60 minute backups on I-95. This is especially important for my company’s response during the winter and emergencies. Unfortunately, this owner does not trust or empower her front desk staff to make discretionary decisions. Her blanket CASH requirement for “certain residents” is unfair and discriminatory. Susan has lost my company and surrounding agency’s business.
