Spacious room, and bed was pretty comfortable.
The floors needed to be vacuumed and there was rust spots in the shower ceiling

The location was great for our travel needs. The cleaning on a daily basis was excellent
I would like a slightly higher quality of breakfast foods. Regular sausage rather than turkey sausage and scrambled eggs rather than a bagel with eggs.

The evening gal was very friendly and assisted an 80 year old man with his luggage cart. She was willing to help him with the wifes oxygen tank, though he had it taken care of before we got outside. She was helping me.
The breakfast server was friendly and cheerful. Sadly the breakfast was cold.
The room was dated and not very clean for a Hampton Inn, No laundry bag. When I asked they were out but he did give me a giant garbage sack which served the purpose.

It was a very clean, well taken care of facility. The staff was very friendly and they very knowledgeable about any questions that I had. They were able to change my reservation when I got there with no extra charge.
We weren't able to use the pool because of some testing that they were doing.

That I booked and paid for asking bed with king sofa and spa tub room and got a gueen bed small room with stand up shower instead

The breakfast was excellent. Been to a lot of hotels this one has the best breakfast menu. Location was perfect for what we did.

There were several bugs during our three-night stay. That was discouraging for my wife.

Breakfast was satisfactory. Had to ask for more yogurt, because they did not have Greek out.
Had to wait at checkout counter too long before clerk came to assist us.

The desk staff was friendly. The room was clean and comfortable and the breakfast was satisfying.
The only complaint is we checked out early and it took a long time. We had an 8 hour drive ahead of us and wanted to get on the road. The desk clerk said the first checkout of the day always takes the longest. Maybe something needs to be reworked so that isn’t an issue.

The breakfast was the best part of the stay, good choices, staff was efficient and friendly. AC worked great and room was comfortable, beds were fair, decent location with stores nearby, plenty of places to eat
stayed 4 days and said housekeeping would be in Friday ( the only time), but never came, somewhat frustrating

I needed to check in earlier than check in time because going to a wedding. I had called to make sure of this. Message was not received but they got me in within the hour.
I had specifically called to make sure I could check in early, and was told absolutely would not be a problem. But when I arrived the message wasn't relayed. They did get it ready within the hour .
