It was clean and nice

The pool, over half of our reason for going was under maintenance the whole time we were there.

The respect that the employees had 

That the pool was not available, but did not say that before I book it online

The Staff was very friendly and the place was clean.

They put me in a room next to the elevator that was horrible. Very uncomfortable loud noise from that elevator all hours of the night I’m not sure I got the worst room because I booked thru a 3rd party but that was horrible. I should’ve only been charged $200. For that room

Pool was not very clean at all, dirt and hair chunks in it. Algae all over the tiles in the pool. Went in once and didn’t go again for the entire weekend. Stain on one of the bed sheets. I felt we paid too much for not wanting to access the pool because it was gross. We booked here for the pool and we’re very disappointed in it.

Bed could be more comfortable, no breakfast , no restaurant . Just a Starbucks in lobby very limit drinks. And muffin

I didn't like the fact that they took money from me that they were not supposed to. The person checking us in was new and didn't want any help from her trainer and he allowed that. She messed up everything. I had charges on my account every day we were there and that took the money we had for the weekend. I discussed the situation with the operation manager and she was supposed to get back to me and never did. Told the GM about it and it took all weekend to get it straighten out. I should not have to go thru that just to stay at a hotel.

Front desk staff not overly friendly…. Or helpful….. hot tub closed…water slide closed…. Yet still $175 to stay
