It’s a beautiful hotel with a very nice pool.

The room was pretty basic for the price with very few outlets and the furniture was pretty worn. Overall, ai would expect more for the price.

It’s right off 101 and it’s easy to get to from SF or Sausalito The lobby and restaurants are welcoming and you can purchase breakfast before you go out and dinner here if you you don’t want to go out. The beautiful outdoor pool area has a fire pit and fireplace with lots of seating. There are restaurants close by they list on the tv if you want to go out. The rooms are clean and well stocked with soap, conditioner, and shampoo in containers mounted on the bathtub wall. Even the sink had a container of soap and lotion. Much nicer than the small containers. There’s a microwave, refrigerator, and coffeemaker in the room. The bed and pillows were comfy but I prefer a flatter pillow for my neck and back The room was decorated nicely with an abstract picture of the Golden Gate Bridge, a very large screen tv and lots of outlets for all your electronics. Definitely a good choice!

The pool was nice. The lobby was nice. Ample parking.

All the furniture was old and chipped. The carpet was dirty. A shelf promptly fell off the wall when we shut the door. The headboards were worn. The linens were worn and frayed at the edges. Super gross popcorn ceiling. The air conditioner was incredibly loud and scared my daughter. The shampoo, body wash, and hand soap were never filled- not when we arrived, not when the maids came. The trash cans had no liners. The wallpaper was coming off in places and there were cracks in the wall around the shower. The breakfast (which was included in our stay but $25 for everyone else) was gross with stale pastries and rock hard bagels. I CANNOT believe the price of this hotel for what it was. I tried to change hotels but because I had booked thru booking.com I couldn't.

The breakfast was very nice. We enjoyed the selection and quality of the food. The hosts and staff were very gracious.

The room needed to be updated in the worst way. Our air conditioning did NOT work. It took until 1 am of our 2nd night stay for the room to cool off. The room needed paint, new carpet, etc. The bed was comfortable.

Looked and felt brand new and well taken care of. Perfect location for our needs.

Rooms were were well equipped and included a bar-fridge and microwave which was a bonus. Beds were comfortable and I appreciated the comforts of a robe and bathroom supplies which helped my stay.

The hotel had laundry services however were unable to provide support in getting me quarters to operate this. It is one thing to provide facilities and a second is to make it easy for guests to use it.

Beds were ok. Staff were friendly.

Property is super large so finding your room takes time. The fact they advertise breakfast but then charge you $20 for continental breakfast is crazy.

Romm was good. Breakfast was good. bed was good too.

Great location close to shops and just off the freeway. Really friendly and helpful staff.

Not as pictured. No private patio for patio room. Patio door very hard to open. Everything was dingy. Tiny bathroom. Furniture is worn.

I paid 182.40 on booking before arriving and was told that they needed to take 235.68 for a “authorization purposes”, but when I asked to see the policy which I’m legally allowed to see they said they don’t have one and couldn’t give me a reason as to why I need to be charged 235.68

The room was nice, large and comfortable. The breakfasts were excellent every day.

Lack of room service and, amazingly, no safe in the room which meant I had to carry my passports, monies, etc., at all times during my stay.

They aren’t worth the cost - hotel is a little run down and they are understaffed. Had trouble with remote and AC and couldn’t get in touch w front desk without a long hold.

Breakfast was good, service there excellent. After dinner drinks in the lounge was pleasant. Patio room very useful for dog access.

$100 pet fee too high and was not explained in advance.
