We had an excellent experience at this hotel. We booked a double queen room and found it super clean and spacious. The beds were comfortable and the room was very quiet even though it was very close to the freeway. Continental breakfast was very usual but was adequate. We will certainly consider this hotel if we come to San Rafael.

We did not have the free breakfast but we thought that providing a free breakfast was a real plus and we definitely plan to return if we need a motel room in the future!

I love that the rooms are spacious and they come with refrigerator and a microwave also it had a hair dryer so that a plus big rooms for sure and spacious.
What I didn't like is that I thry to call before to try to check in but I wasn't able to get a hold of anyone I call several times. Then when I got to the reservation there was no one to be found I try to call again but same result no one answer until I had to ho find someone in the dinner area.

Clean, no bed bugs. Basic accomodations. Minimal contact with reception, he was pleasant enough.
Wolfgang Puck coffee is the worst ever. There is no breakfast unless you count the stale Be kind bar I found in my room. Prices in the restaurant were quite high so I didn't bother. Could do with more pillows and an iron. Heater a bit noisy. I fixed the curtains in my room as they weren't attached correctly.

The owner of the hotel checked us in but failed to mention that a complimentary continental breakfast was included. There was no signage anywhere in the lobby or the room indicating any free breakfast availability.

My room was clean and the bed was soft and I was very happy with the pillows! Breakfast was good and the kitchen staff (cook) was very good at getting the waffles to us quickly. Very pleasant lady.
I will stay there again.

I was greeted with a kind receptionist that rearranged our room reservation to a ground floor room. We were able to park in front of our room. The Inn has charm, comfort, and was peaceful. In the morning we had delicious coffee in our room and had the option to head over for a continental breakfast.
it wasn’t cold and stark modern. The staff were helpful.
