Lo que reserve no está de acuerdo al servicio prestado y lastimosamente nadie habla español y es muy difícil la comunicación

Em 6 dias de hospedagem só tivemos dois dias de limpeza nos quartos.

Destaque para o Bryan na recepção. Atencioso e cortês, nos recebeu de excelente maneira. A equipe de housekeeper também foi prestativa.

Algumas vezes tivemos de esperar para ser atendidos em pedidos simples: Refil do café para máquina do quarto, toalhas para piscina. Coisas que deveriam ter reposição estrategica na recepção.

The location was great and the staff was very nice. I think the price was bit seep but then again you have to think of the location.

בבקשה לא להתקרב למלון הזה! מסריח, חנוק, אין שירות חדרים! היינו שם שבוע ואם לא התקשרנו לבקש אחרי 4 ימים(!!!!) שינקו לנו את החדר אף אחד לא היה מנקה לנו במשך שבוע! המיקום לא משהו בכלל אין כמעט כלום בקרבת מקום והאזור קצת מפחיד, החדר היה קטן וחשוך, המצעים מסריחים היו לנו פשפשים בחדר! המגבות מסריחות! בקיצור לא להתקרב!!!!!

The location was good. Close to malls and restaurants

It was a bit outdated with the elevators that were slow

Surrounded area ooutside and the inside bistro / bar lounge area this property do not deserve the name Marriott it should be super eight motel 

Checking in there was no acknowledgment the person at the desk were doing some thing in the cashier draw while I been standing for about 3 minutes did not acknowledge me standing there and when she do she did not apologize for her unwelcome behavior instead she go direct into defensive argumentative behavior because I asked her a question about my check in due to the facts I am also a member of the Marriott points program I wanted to know if I was going to get points on my membership she not answer me. The lady at bistro/ bar she has an accent which she was very smiley and happy and welcoming that was the reason why I started to hang out at the bar there she introduced me to the fried chicken wings sandwiches she was the only one with a welcome smile 

It was conveniently located for our stay.

Host has very little experience or patience with providing information whichever is there job capacity

The aircondition was so nice and cold.

It was exactly how I expected it would be in terms of quality.

One of the electrical outlets by the bed did not function properly.

the room I was in was dark dismal the toilet too low for the elderly.

The Rooms were clean and organized 👌

The room was nice and clean also the area was close to alot of shops and eatery.

The room had no microwave, and the air condition keep shutting off an on like it wss on a timer.

The staff overall were great, especially Marcus, our bathroom flooded, and he found us another room immediately, very polite and resoectful

We enjoyed our stay at the Marriott Courtyard

The front staff was accommodating and very friendly. She helped me with the door that I could not open. She honored my request for the first floor. She was amazing
