Warm pool

Dirty, dusty, needs maintenance, breakfast is $25/pp, no morning coffee in lobby, buttons in elevator don’t light up, lock to bathroom didn’t work…

Breakfast was satisfactory and staff were willing to help e.g omelettes made fresh. There was a minimal hit buffet, cold meats, fruits etc. All very fresh and tasty. Staff were friendly and accommodating in particular Annalise, very lovely lady.

A bell hop, Annalise was kind enough to arrange something to move the luggage in the morning when we checked out. Walls quite thin, could hear people in the next room!

I got impressed with the cleanliness and comfort of the room. The housekeeping staff put in great effort to maintain a high standard of cleanliness. The furnishings were up to par, ensuring a good night's sleep after a long day travelling. The hotel staff also deserves commendation for their professionalism and friendliness. They were always willing to help, be it with recommendations or addressing any concerns. In conclusion, if you're looking for a comfortable stay and excellent service, this is a great choice.

The one downside to this otherwise excellent establishment is its location. There is nothing interesting in the area that I noticed. Just be prepared to spend a little extra time traveling to and from your destinations.

I eat a very light breakfast. Paying a high price for a large buffet makes no sense. Would have liked a simple fruit optio, for example.

The faucet in The bathroom is in a weird spot the counter gets wet everytime you was your hands.

Location was great near Broward Mall, The fountains and many other options. a short distance to sawgrass outlet mall and with many options of restaurants and shopping around. The hotel is very clean, gentle staff. A very very good stay.

Kendra was amazing. The hotel was clean. Shower was nice.

For $200 a night, I expected the two beds I paid for. There weren't accommodations for 3 people in the room. Not enough towels or linens. We had to makeshift a bed out of the furniture. I intended to extend my stay an additional two days but the accomodations weren't comfortable or what was advertised.

This hotel is beautiful. I was very impressed with the decor. The room was clean and large. Loved it!

Large room - good layout. Accommodated our request to be close to 92 years old relative.

Over priced breakfast - food cold or run out. No coffee available in the evening after dinner. Restaurants and lobby too cold. Locked out of room for Marriots billing error - they did not use the card I checked in with. Iron was old and had gunk all over it. Rude waiter and front desk staff. Room was not cleaned second day of stay. Sounded like there was a Starbucks on site - starbucks coffee was just served at breakfast,
