Very convenient

What a great experience. Rooms are spacious, clean, and updated with ample drawer and closet space. Staff was very accommodating. Grounds were lovely with plenty of room to walk the dogs.

the breakfast looked ok, just basic coffee juice cereal and milk. there were potatoes which i dont eat, precooked omelets, a soyish type sauasge. i liked the muffins which came frozen im sure. typical, nothing special.

dirty dishes in the dishwasher, the inside of kitchen cabinet had a large greasy spill of some kind in it, the kitchen sink drain was kinda nasty looking, with a terrible smell coming from the disposal. stove top and front of microwave had greasy fingerprints. also i got a handicap accessable room so everythiing was low like the hook on bathroom door and the bathroom had about 6 handrails everywhere walls,around toilet, shower. they need to do inventory on their kitchenettes. mine was missing basic stuff, there was only one small pan, 2 forks, just a lot of stuff missing. one of the wine glasses had a crack in it but still in cabinet.. overall cleanliness of kitchen area seemed like it had not been cleaned. the bed looked like it was used. one side cover was not tucked in and looked like it had been laid in, pillow was bunched up unlike a bed that has been made. i was offered another room but it was on the opposite side and i had already cleaned for myself in the kitchen. i slept on the side of bed that was still made. at about 3 am the smoke alarms went off one night and boy were they loud, with flashing bright white lights. the entire building was evacuated which meant everyone and their dogs were outside in their pajamas. my dog doesnt socialize much and this put him on sensory overload. a couple of the dogs were quite aggressive which was scary. the parking lot isnt well lit towards the back and i had odds and ends missing from my truck bed one morning. i observed a homeless man go from the interstate ramp into the woods right behind the hotel so i assumed he had a camp back there. i was leary of being in that part of the lot at night. it didnt feel safe to me. it was a pain having to take everything out of my truck nightly and take it up to my room. the reason i booked the hotel was the pool. i never even got to get in it. $500 for 3 nights. one of which was spent outside during the fire depts investigation. false alarm thankfully. the bed was very comfortable

Location pool

Not being able to use pool due to others drinking alcohol in and around pool .Door to get into building stuck and wouldn't open. Having to pay for parking after paying over eight hundred dollars for four day stay.Told front desk about the drinking and door nothing done about either.

The place was very clean and the front desk staff was very helpful and very polite and humble. The maintenance man was so helpful and very polite. I will be back my next time that I'm in Kennesaw.

they were great to work with about accommodating, my top floor request in a quiet area!  Great pool area with lots of lounge, chairs, and great breakfast! Rooms were roomy!
