Do not stay here at this garbage hotel and their staff is trash. They are rude and not accommodating, the manager Victor is trash he gave me a fake email and lied about about reimbursement to my stay.

Breakfast was great, but expensive, and the cost made a difference about weather I would buy it in the morning or not.

I reserved a certain type of room, and I was moved, and the front desk did not let me know till I walked into the room and saw it was not what I reserved. I went to discuss it with the front desk, and they gave the excuse that they overbooked, and it was Baseball Spring training so there weren't any other choices, but they would give me the same rate. The front desk claimed that they gave me a break in price because I was in a more expensive room, as if they were doing me a favor. I know the room price was either the same or lower cost on Bookng.com, so I was dubious of the excuse. I asked them to find me the room I reserved, and they said they would not have anything available till Thursday, 2 days away and in the middle of my trip. Additionally, the front desk staff and manager claimed that there are no guarantees for the type of room on when booking on the website. If that is the case then why label, describe the room, show pictures, amenities and prices of certain rooms, if it is luck of the draw, and anyone can be put anywhere. I was so upset, and had really no choice, so I just stayed there anyway. The bathroom was not cleaned well, very much a rush job, and no microwave initially in the room. You had to ask for one to be brought up, which on a positive note, was promptly done. Another bright spot was that the queen bed (I reserved a king suite, and was moved to a double queen room) was one of the better, more comfortable hotel beds I have been in. It didn't make me want to put ice on my lower back or immediately get out of bed after sleeping the night, so there's that. Unfortunately, sometime in the night or early morning a truck owned by a guest had its wheels stolen. In the morning I noticed the police engaged with some people below my patio. Later I discovered that the police were there because of the theft of the four wheels from a brand-new looking GMC Sierra 1500. I haven't been in a hotel before that has had that type of crime.

Shower did not drain well, so had to stand in standing water for period of shower.

1. The bed was very comfy, along with the temperature in the room. 2. The location of the hotel was relaxing.

Upon arrival, the front desk gave me the wrong room key, so after housekeeping let me in because the key did not work, I had to go back and get my stuff and go to the right room they provided me. 2. The shower could have been better by improving the water pressure. 3. After checking into the right room, we had a cockroach problem in the bathroom, so I called housekeeping, and they came by and took care of it. 4. The water bottles in the room cost $5.00, so luckily, I did not drink one. If you pay money for the room, the water should be free. 5. My spouse reported that she had bite marks on her arm so it might have been bedbugs. 6. The wi-fi kept turning off and on.
