I was traveling alone with my son. My son became very sick on the day we were checking out and I called and practically begged the front desk to help me by rolling a luggage cart down the hallway to my room because I couldn't carry him and push the cart. They refused, not because they were busy, but out of pure laziness and were extremely rude stating they didn't have to do anything like that at this type of property. I understand that is not a standard service, but it is normal Human decency. The room was disgusting smelled like urine, was a cigarette butt in the pull out bed and hair in the shower. Booking was awful no one would answer the phone just let it ring for over an hour. Never again would I stay at one of these properties I was shocked ar how disappointing it was.

Have you ever been on a dating site? You see someone picture, think not bad. then you go meet them. They look nothing like the pictures! That is how I feel with this hotel. NOTHING like the pictures.

Check in was great. We travel for our son's youth league baseball tournaments, so we tend to check in later than normal (9 or 10 pm). The night clerk was very attentive and had our information ready to go. She was really sweet and we chatted like we were old friends. The room was large and spacious. We loved the kitchenette and we carry a lot of water and sports drinks with us when we travel.

We did not know that we had to pay for parking. That was a surprise fee. The pullout mattress had a rather large stain on it, and there were no sheets on the pullout nor in the closet. We do tend to check in at later times in the night and having to get all of our gear up to the room and want to crawl in bed, but have to go back to the front desk and ask for the linens and flip the mattress is just one more thing ya know?

Cleanliness-even the remote control had been sanitized and wrapped! Spaciousness of the room and completely functional kitchen with all the necessities, including dish detergent and drying towels. Having 4 pillows to choose from made it really nice!

No shuttle service from the Airport to any closer location. It ended up costing almost $50 without a tip! Too expensive and a consideration for the next layover in PHX area.

Location was ok

It seemed someone had a huge food fight in the room we were given and it was not cleaned up. Very disgusting! Looked like poop on the Tv and even on the curtain & ceiling & walls! The tub was filthy ! ugh! I have not ever seen a room like that. Also we were charged more than we were told at $119/night. The person at the desk told me this is a long term stay and not a hotel, resort or suite as we thought it is. We weren’t told this is a long stay place. It totally ruined our 3 days vacation for Thanksgiving in Scottsdale. We complained right away but the manager never met with us. On the check out we were promised to meet with the manager but she or he did not show up.

had a problem with check in, room we asked for not available, even though reserved. manager was able to make accomodations and make it right for us. kudos for doing that. we had stayed there previously without incident. glad they helped make it right. place clean and well kept. comfy bed. would recommend.
