Excelente desayuno y ubicacion para realizar compras

Un dia no hubo desayuno disponible, el cuarto tenia un olor extraño

Súper horrible , sucio, viejo , la puerta súper vieja

Todo , está súper viejo y sucio muy descuidado había cucarachas , la tapa del baño rota . Sucio todo el piso . Horrible lugar.

Pesimo servicio… pasillos con olor a miados y popo, cero control con inmigrantes que incluso estan acostados alrededor de todas las intalaciones del hotel, fumando marihuana, uno que otro dando desconfianza a mi familia, ruido de mucha tente toda la noche. una recamara de las que reservamos estaba goteando y no nos dieron servicio, ni cambio de habitacion y nisiquiera un trapeador (si queriamos trapos fueramos por ellos). El almuerzo se agoto y no pudimos tomarlo, excesiva la gente que habia.

The bed had like a part on the leftside that sinked in alot

The air conditioning worked

The room was dirty and a sex toy was on the floor next to the bed and it was supposed to be a queen bed but was actually a full size bed and the man at the front desk agued that it was a queen bed when in fact it was not. The grounds were very littered, just nasty place.

After booking and paying for the room they did not want to accept the confirmation with booking.com we never received the key or a room after being there for an hour and they were trying to get us to pay $99 more even though we had already done a booking for two adults and 2 days and I want my refund. We had to go and make extra expenses with Uber to get to another hotel.
