Very clean and friendly helpful staff.

When we walked into our "Non-smoking" room we were greeted with an extremely strong smell of stale smoke. We arrived late in the evening so got right to getting ready for bed. The shower mat turned black from the dirty floor once it was wet from us stepping out of the shower. As we attempted to go to sleep we noticed smoke coming in through the huge gap around our door (This was from the people smoking marijuana outside of our door). Sent a message to the management on the app that they had been communicating with us previously to let them know about this, with no response. My husband had to roll up a towel and put it in the gap under the door and then had to push the chair up to the door to attempt to "close" the gap around the rest of the door. We did not get any sleep and attempted to address these issues with the gentleman working the front desk when we went to leave early in the morning. He rustled a bunch of papers under the desk while he mumbled about a refund. He ended up giving me the business card of the manager, telling me to call later when they would be in. Another thing to mention is that our time was very limited at this hotel yet my son's white socks turned black from the little bit of time that he walked around on the filthy floor in our room. Since we were on our way to vacation I have not yet reached out to the manager. I will update my review after I call the manager to share if we were given our refund or not.

The front desk guy tried to charge me an early check in fee for booking another night. He let me pack up an leave instead of dropping the fee. I was already in the room!

The breakfast was good and the location was good also! Close to everything needed, restaurants, Walmart and shopping.

Traffic

The first room we were shown to had the smell of marijuana in it, and after changing rooms, the other room had poor plumbing, and a sink that was leaking. We were promised a discount it was never given.

I booked a room on booking they charged my card and my friend card also when I tried to explain to the lady iat the Millbrook location she was rude didn't let me explain told me to take it up with my bank don't go to the Millbrook Alabama lockdown
