The room being filled with bugs that the hotel staff knew about and still put us in the room. There was 2 holes in the floor that even patched made you feel as though you were going to go through the floor when walking on them. Room was dated and is in need of some updates along with a good cleaning. Within a few seconds of exiting the shower your feet started turning black on the bottom from how dirty the carpet was in the room.

cleanliness- we had ants, dirt, a terrible sleeper sofa mattress that was old and terribly worn and a bathroom that had the water spigot in the shower pulling out of the wall

Short staffed. Not adequately cleaned

The location was excellent and the staff was friendly.

However, the carpets and floors were not cleaned throughout the property. Our room smelled like bleach and there was a large wet spot on the carpet. I didn't know the floor was per friendly.

Loved everything about our stay wish they had a heated pool but other than that the stay was excellent

This hotel was a pleasant stay. Front desk was nice and welcoming. The room are very spacious, neat, and clean. The laundry facility was very convenient and clean.

1. Wi-fi was not available. 2. Iron and ironing board was missing. Front desk was able to send up an iron but without the ironing board. 2. Housekeeping was extremely rude at check-out. My watch was misplaced so therefore we could not leave the room as soon as we were expected. The housekeeper continuously opened the door to rush us out and with a nasty attitude told us we needed to hurry up and get out because we should have been out at check-out time. She was very inconsiderate and would even listen to the fact that my watch had been misplaced and my fiancé and I were searching high and low. I did not expect to be treated this way after a pleasant stay. We were highly disappointed. 3. Honestly, the price of $230 for one night stay was not worth it.

It was a wonderful room! I loved having a mini kitchen. The beds also slept wonderfully!

I booked the room, choosing to pay later, In the email it was $128 for one night and the day of when I went to pay, it was $250. Definitely a huge difference in prices of what I was expecting.

no do not disturb signs for doors Cleaning staff was knocking on the door at 9:30a on checkout day and proceeded to open the door while my husband was using the bathroom and I was still in the bed.. Not Cool with that!!
