Very comfortable for my family of five

It was in a great location to what we came to see.

It said it had a tennis court but it ended up a small basketball court/volleyball area that the net could be lowered for a small tennis court. We just went to a park instead.

Good breakfast offered. Nice pool area.

The price was high for the condition of the room. Our flight was canceled due to weather and we had a hard time finding a room until we could get a flight back.

Nothing this time around I had previously stayed at this property over the New Years Weekend and had enjoyed my stay and felt comfortable there. That is why I chose to make reservation unfortunately we never got to stay the front desk was very rude and I can only assume judgmental because they canceled my reservation and had denied even receiving my reservation after contacting the 3rd party booking.com they informed me that they had gotten my reservation 26 minutes ago and not to worry that the cancelation was free of charge but the property charged me anyway and at a higher rate than I paid for the room now I have to dispute the transaction and wait to be reimbursed

The entire front desk staff, with their shady sneaky lies and attempts to cover their mistake as well as unethical practices.
