clean the room better, invest in some towels , towels were clean but hard & spoty. second night the Noise from the room in top of 106 didn't let me sleep for 2 hours kids jumping and running.

Staff was easy going and helpful room was clean

I asked to have my towels and trash changed and it was not

We loved the beds and pillows. We had a late check in, due to our travel time to.our destination being longer than expected, and the staff upon check in and check out, were lovely.

We wanted to have chinese take out during our stay, and had looked up a local restaurant online. We went to the front desk to inquire if they possibly had a take out menu. They told us there was no chinese restaurant in town, but they had the Mexican restaurant attached to the hotel. We felt it was a bit of manipulation. We still got chinese takeout.

Absolutely nothing

The door to the room didn’t close right. It was easily pushed open. The tv didn’t work, the air conditioning didn’t work. And there were spiders all over the room.

not clean garbage everywhere , no warning that they were doing major renovations, and still paid full .

Did not know about breakfast? Customer service was very kind, friendly and helpful.

Beds were slightly leaning to one side. Bedspread was stained. NO Guardrails of any kind in shower - nothing to hold on to when getting in or stepping out. My sister and I are elderly. I managed very carefully (and truthfully didn't realize until I was in shower), but told my sister NOT to attempt shower because I was afraid she would slip and fall. Problem with TV reception - but lady in charge that evening went above and beyond to fix it and get it working! She was exceptional!! Oh and ceiling smoke detector was just hanging, not secured to ceiling.
