Great quiet location. Close to many attractions. Super clean rooms and facilities. Staff were all kind and courteous. Complimentary breakfast was great. Pretty friendly with an adequate sized outdoor pet area.
Having to leave was the hardest part. Would have liked to stay a couple more weeks. Could stand to have a few more amenities in the lobby convenience store. Although there are 2 convenience stores within walking distance so it didn't affect us.

The beds were comfortable and the room was clean. Check in went smoothly with no problems or issues. We were able to park easily directly in front of our building. It was a nicely sized studio with a small but adequate kitchen. Breakfast was good and it appeared that the food was fresh. The coffee was good . The location is excellent. Near Garden of the Gods for scenic hiking and Old Colorado City for shopping and restaurants. Though located in what appears to be a light industrial/office complex area, it was quite and peaceful.
It's a bit dated and slightly difficult to find.

Clean and large 2 bedroom suite. Close to Garden of the Gods, quick drive to Manitou Springs, and lots of restaurant choices.

The breakfast was good with variety of offerings.
The room was comfortable and clean.
When we arrived to check in, had to wait awhile before any staff came to check in, even though instructed to use phone to call, no one answered the phone. Finally one of the "cleaning staff?" found someone to check us in. I also believe we were charged more than the original quoted price- did not notice until we got home and looked at receipt.

Old connecting rooms. Low small toilets. Listen to phone conversations and TV from the next room my 1st night. Moved to a different room. They don't clean the room unless you ask. Breakfast was low quality.

The square footage of the suite was nice. The location was good.
There were stains all over the couches/chairs, there weren't even enough dishes for the number of people the suite could sleep, much of the milk at breakfast was expired, and the room itself didn't feel very clean. For the price, I absolutely expected the place to be clean and feel comfortable. I even asked for a vacuum to just clean it myself upon arriving and was informed that there were no vacuums we could use.

Awesome staff, very welcoming, for the most part cleaner than most.
Parking. There were stains ant tearing on the sofa. Food dried on the glass stovetop.

location is great! just 6 mins drive to Garden of the Gods. lots of places to eat nearby. quiet location.

More blankets. Since Colorado is way cooler than where I'm from we needed more blankets to sleep better. They did lent us 1 blanket, but we needed more and they ran out

pool was closed. breakfast was disappointing, they were out of oatmeal and waffles and orange juice, so only cereal or pre packaged eggs. would recommending eat out if possible. They also said they had games at the front desk but it was just connect 4 and monopoly.

Old property in need of a refurb but clean, affordable considering the location, had all the amenities that we required for a comfortable stay and hot breakfast with a decent selection.
