I have stayed at this property on several occasions. I love the location, the cost, and the atmosphere of the area. The front desk staff are always friendly and accommodating. I will definitely stay at this property again.

There was nothing that I did not like about this property. It met all my expectations. There is nothing negative that I can say. It is always relaxing when I stay here. I will stay here gain if needed.

Everything appeared old and run down. I didn’t like the shampoo, soap, etc. and there was no lotion. definitely more on par with most Fairfield inns and the breakfast wasn’t great. The worst? I think there were bed bugs or mites of some kind. Every night I itched like crazy through the night and woke up with numerous bites... Definitely a rough go.

Nice quiet area even though it was near the freeway.

There was a sidewalk slab that was uneven near the front where one of my group tripped and fell. Maybe a sign or something can be put there to warn people walking by. Also the elevator is slow and can be startling when it settles.

It looked older then most I’ve stayed in. My room door looked like it had been beat in a few times. The elevator was slow and sometimes scary to be in.

The power went out Sunday morning around 7. I left at 8:30 and it still hadn’t come back on. No notice from the staff. When I went to check out no apologies were given. They were just sitting there by the breakfast room. Nothing for the inconvenience. i was there for a convention and I had to get ready with the flashlight on my phone and was not able to shower.

The room and hotel was nice and clean. The front desk clerk was very polite and helpful. She had a positvie and bubbly attitude. I had a great stay experience and I will be back.

The location and pricing of the hotel meet my requirements very well. It is not so far away from the airport and close to the location that I needed to visit.

I had a room on the first floor which is not ideal to me. The shower equipment is broken a little bit.
