Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Zimmer war nicht mehr neu, aber sauber. Frühstück war gut.

The rooms was very spacious and big. Free breakfast and location was great.

The a/c did not work well. I asked for help and no one get came or offered fans. Same for the remote. We had to go a couple times to the front to ask for a new remote.

It’s was comfortable .

The bathroom door was not sliding properly.

The breakfast was good, and they changed some of the stuff every day. While there were other guests and our room was next to the elevator, our room was pretty quiet to sleep.

The in-room AC/heater is very loud. the pull out sofa bed is smaller than usual. The sheets do no appear very clean. The switch to control one of the lights stopped working on the second day.

Check in was smooth easy, employees were friendly and helpful. Loved that the rooms were so spacious! Love the setup.

Well the downside was that our room didn’t have towels nor coffee setups and we didn’t realize this late night after returning to the room and was just ready to get a shower and relax but then had to redress and go to front desk to ask for necessary items. But even at that… it wasn’t a big deal just a small issue. It’s a really nice hotel.
