My experience at this location has been great! I have stayed at this location twice and have 0 complaints! The staff is very helpful and friendly. The rooms are clean and comfortable! Great amenities! Very convenient! Location surrounds some great restaurants and things to do! The Bistro/Starbucks inside has good food and a friendly staff! Love love love the outside fire pit! A Lot of people complained about the housekeeping only come when you need them but I actually appreciate that. Wish the inside pool was open but was closed due to maintenance which is understandable and that definitely doesn't drop my rating at all! 10/10 will recommend and will return!

This was the second year I stayed and the second year I couldn’t get in the pool which was a bummer. How is the same pool closed two years in a row? Make it make sense. Should have booked with another hotel with a pool that was open. I had to take my kids to wet n wild just to get in a pool.

The pool and the hot tub were not working. The room layout was awkward and we were not able to see the tv. It is clear they were short staffed, no one was available when we were trying to check in. The bistro is not a bistro. It a place where they were warming microwave food. Nothing was made fresh and there was no breakfast

The pool was not open and there was no mention on the website, they charge a fee at the beginning of your stay without telling you, some of the staff was rude, the breakfast is not free and everything is very expensive there.

Not many restaurants or stores close by. Pool and hot tub was closed! That was the reason for my selection of this hotel, but nothing had been posted and then the only compensation was an “oh well” apology!

I liked the location of the hotel. The staff was friendly and the room and the lobby were clean. Parking was easy and convenient.

The indoor pool and hot tub were closed for maintenance. I understand that this is sometimes required or that it may have been Covid related but there was no information about it being closed on the website and those amenities were being advertised and were also the main reason that I chose this hotel.
