The staff is horrible.... Customer service is non existent... Then when you try to stay for another week they up the rate more than anything else I've ever seen

Couldnt exchange bedding but once a week on a set day. which is fine, but if a accident happens before that set day your out of luck...

I liked that the room had a kitchenette and that the tv worked.

I was told to check out the room before I checked in so I could gove my opinion. I walked in and there stains on the counters, a wall outlet missing, and I even had to kill a roach on the wall. The microwave was also dirty. When I complained that the pictures representing their rooms were not accurate and that it was dirty, the manager there told me to find somewhere else tobstay and try again tonorrow. I had just driven 12 hrs from Florida and had booked this suite well in advance. I wasn't interested in finding somewhere else and she threatened to not let me stay based off my opinion that they asked for. They also told me that housekeeping only came in on Tuesdays (ONCE A WEEK DURING COVID?) By the way, Tuesday came and it had not appear that housekeeping had done anything. The trashcan in the bathroom was still full and this was the one thing the manager said they would do. Half of their building (the East Wing) was also deemed a unsafe building and guests were still going down that hall to their rooms. Also, I was told that the building was sevure at night and that the doors would require a key to unlock, but this was not the case. The back doors where I entered and existed were always unlocked fir anyone to come in. I went to checkout a day before my stay was over since I has to work the next day very early, and noone was in the office. It was locked, even though it was still between their office hours and noone answered their main number or after hours number. This motel has one of the cheaper weekly rates, but the condition, customer service, and lack of concern for the health and safety of their guests there does not earn it's rate at all.
