Great rate in the area I needed. We were headed to an event in SugarLand so this location was perfect. Had a great experience and will use this hotel again in the future!

Loved the location. The room was spacious and very clean.

Overbooking, they simply canceled my reservation without any notice or warning, I arrived from a long flight, late at night and had no place to stay

Convenient to where I needed to be in Memorial. Low priced. Fast check in

Needs refreshing. Hallway wallpaper peeling on 5th floor, carpets everywhere worn and dirty, including in room (not the fault of housekeeping, just very old and worn down). Bed was comfortable but something in appearance of sheets made me wonder if they’d been changed — they seemed pressed into mattress cover and not crisp. Maybe they were just old.

I liked the property

The location was perfect as it was just 10 minutes from a wedding we were attending. Plenty of parking and staff was very nice. Our room was great, very comfortable bed and plenty of room to spread out. 😊

Literally everything...We stayed here for Days of the Dead horror comic con. Everything was amazing. The staff were very friendly. I loved the on site restaurant, the food was delicious. Pool, hot tub, gym, everything was so nice and clean. No weird hotel smell!!

There is nothing we did not like about our stay. Wish we couldve stayed longer!

Well kept

The staff was very nice and the hotel was very clean.

The rooms were very hot and for all you lay to stay here there is never any parking available. The rooms were so hot we could barely sleep and I had small kids with me on the trip. The only way they could accommodate us was by being a fan (which didn’t much of anything ) and then switched out our room (which still was hot).

It was not all that cool AC was not working…. There was a brown stain in the carpet. 

AC/ and the brown stain there was not a whole Lotta hot water when taking a shower . Rose was really not that Clean. 

Great location hotel is dated but well kept and did not have that old and dingy feeling. Cleaning service was very nice and helpful and complimentary water is always appreciated

woke up early to use pool but pool was closed for maintenance…which hotel should have done at night while pool was closed…yes that might be more expensive but it was Labor Day weekend with lots of guest they should have gone above and beyond to not let that happen

Showers /bath are not clean , old Closedown all closer parking spaces ( make individual park far away)

It was clean and the staff was great

The room I was assigned was extremely hot I called and spoke with the front desk and maintenance I was told that it was because of the location of the room . They informed me there was not any other room and gave me a fan .I didn’t receive the experience I paid for.

Small rooms No breakfast

AC would not cool room. Our room was 80° at the end of the the day tafter us not even being in the room. Then they offered to move us and the room was warm there too. AC tech was just like look it just gets hot when the sun is on the window, you just have to deal with it. Seriously miserable. Multiple people were just being moved from one warm room to another and being told it was cooler when it wasn’t. Also ice machines were all out of ice. Hard to Stay cool at all in any way. Awful experience. Will never stay here again.

AC doesn't seem to keep up to the Texas weather. Facility is too small for the venues it holds. Food in restaurant is too pricey for the quality.
