Very comfortable and convenient location

Staff was great. Food and most of the facility was good. Location was excellent. Very pet friendly, was a huge plus.

The elevator was not working, this was very inconvenient. Hallways were very hot, no AC. Patio on ground floor ocean side could use an upgrade.

We enjoyed the friendly and helpful staff, the location, the beautiful view, free breakfast, room size, and the ability to shower without the leftover sand stopping up the shower. And pretty much everything else.

I didn't like not having a full stove. After staying at this location last year and having a full stove in our unit, we were under the impression that all units were the same in that aspect. This definitely changed a lot of our meal plans. You guys might want to start mentioning that somewhere in the room descriptions.

Location was great, pool and hot tub had long hours, the view was great, we had a full size kitchen.

There was such little parking, we had to rely on valet to park our car & bring it to us. We were told to give a 15 minute advance notice, & when going for our car, front desk didn’t inform valet half the time and we still had to wait with our four children. Front desk staff wasn’t very friendly, the elevator didn’t work for our floor & we had to call for them to send it up, which they forgot to do half the time. The hallway where we had to wait for the elevator was kept at 88 degrees and was miserable to wait in. Our thermostat broke, the dishwasher didn’t work, and there was an unknown curfew for locked doors. The front desk refused to let my husband in on the last night of our stay because he didn’t have a room key. I had both in our room with our four kids who I wasn’t going to leave alone to wait on the elevator and go down 7 floors leaving the kids alone. Breakfast was alright but repetitive and not much variety.

The breakfast was very much appreciated and very good! I loved the variety so there was something for everyone. I wish it went a little longer until 10:30 but other than that it's great! And I think the location is perfect with plenty of seating inside and out. And I loved how this hotel is so pet friendly-this is the main reason I chose this hotel but so very glad I did. The staff was very professional but also very friendly and accommodating.

I really can't think of anything-sorry but not sorry lol. I would come again and plan on telling all my family and friends. Great value for the money-all this and right on beach. You can't beat it!!!

Newer furnishings, free laundry , separate bedroom from kitchen/living room, balcony and large windows in the bedroom.

The shower was hard for this handicapped old lady to use.

1st shift front desk lady was nice.

Window of our room were not clean Pool was not clean. Sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable to sleep on 2nd shift staff was not very friendly at the front desk

Come here to relax before my birthday. The kitchen was im happy about coz it has everything. I like the laundry mat it was free wash. And there whirl pool it make me relax. And im so happy it was a pet friendly.

The bed sheets was itchy and the sofa bed there was a bug. Im so sad coz we didnt use it.

Everything was great!

Perfect location, clean, lots of amenities, great breakfast.

Parking lot was very small for size of the hotel. Overflow parking was over three blocks away, which could be difficult for some guests., especially at night.

Few was great room was clean. Hot tub and pool were very nice, as well as the gym. Easy walk to the beach. Pet bags and trash can readily available.

The fact of not knowing that the pet stay fee was $100 before hand upset me quite a bit. The booking site just stated pet friendly and didn’t provide any other information. Also the fact of little kids in the hot tub was a little irritating.

we missed breakfast

We love that we were right on the beach and that valet parking was available. We also love having our own kitchen space. The housekeeping, breakfast, and front desk staff were all amazing!!!!

One of the valet drivers stole my car charger and tried to say maybe the car was broken into. No one else had access to our car beside us and them. The valet that rode his skateboard apologized and offered to give us one of his. We were more upset about the denial than anything. It’s the principality of the whole situation.
