Excellent and elegant

Parts of the facility was extremely hot as if the air conditioning wasn’t working ( hallways, elevator ,dining room , pool area this made for a miserable stay as the only place to stay was your suite

The fact I was charged )170 on my card and no cam explain it to me When I received home to inquire I changed my room to a double instead sue the look of pullout coach and was charge a new price which was ok but I feel I shouldn’t of been charged full amount My remote half way worked it was just minor things but an ok stay for me

East to get to plenty of parking most of the time

No fan in the bathroom and hard to find the front clerk

Your undocumented incidental fees. No need for a confirmation if you don't live up to it. It should be put in print about these fees. VERY MISLEADING & UNPROFESSIONAL--I will NEVER stay at a Spring Hill Suites again!!!

Staff was friendly and the layout of the suite was nice. My son loved the eggs at breakfast.

The fitness center was very hot. A fan in there would be awesome.

Great Hot Breakfast with everything you need to get a good start on my busy day. Staff was always helpful in any way.

I had no issues and great parking area for rental car.

The room was spacious, clean , the bed was soft and I didn't think it would be comfortable because I have back issues when it's too soft, however I will say that the bed was very comfortable and we had no issues.

Even though there was a sofa bed in the room which provided sitting, the desk chair was also there, you need to consider seniors over 65+ because an additional chair would have been nice especially with 2 senior women or couple, the person sleeping in the bed by the window bed needed a small chair i.e. straight back chair or similar to the desk chair to use
