There was no water, and no one had any answers

The room was nice and staff was friendly.

The bathtub was so very narrow, you could barely stand safely. It had nothing on the bottom of the tub to prevent one from slipping. Accident waiting to happen For a handicap accessible especially dangerous.

Very dirty. We did not stay. We left and went to a different hotel

Nothing it was horrible dirty room stains on the walls & tub was dirty. I couldn’t phantom letting my daughter sleep in there bed.

Everything the room was so dirty the walls have stains everywhere even the window. The chair to sit in was like a chair they got out the dumpster it was so dirty.

Location and breakfast was okay. Breakfast was plentiful. Expected more of a Wyndham property. Was unaware Wyndham had a LOWER tier accommodation then what is usually represented under their name

Old carpet, curtain wasn't properly connected, paint all over baseboards and wall paper in bathroom. No ventilation in bathroom. Bathtub liner nasty and dirty.

Cleanliness of bathroom. Not Lai Ted behind toilet. A hole undersink.

The staff was warm and polite, always ready to help if we needed it. could not ask for anything more, they made us feel comfortable. I enjoyed our stay and would stay there again.

The weather, it was hot.

Convenient stop over after flying into Phoenix late and needing to drive to Tucson the next day. The breakfast was suitable and there were hot options, always nice. The staff were great and super friendly.

The bathroom, specifically, was not clean from previous guests. I used hand sanitizer to clean toilet seat and counter surfaces. Not sure about bedding. Wasn’t dirty, but didn’t look like fresh sheets. Lots of wrinkles. I was too tired to complain to front desk and had already dealt with travel issues. It was late and I knew the fellow working the desk wouldn’t be able to address the situation. I did tell the front desk at check out and was told the manager would reach out that day. Never heard from them. I left another similar review to an email prompt. Manager sent me an irritated email that I should have gone to complain right away. I shared pics with him and I don’t remember getting an apology. I shouldn’t have to complain. Rooms should be ready. I’m sorry, bathrooms should be clean if you don’t want these reviews.

Very convenient for our purpose. Convenient parking. It had a functioning elevator.

It is in need of some upgrades.

At 8:30 in the morning there were men leaf blowing the parking lot, it was very noisy and my car got extremely dirty from all the blowing debri

its super clean, very professional. the staff is friendly and very courteous, beyond! breakfast was on point great location and the price is exceptional for such and an amazing stay!!!

nothing to not like. its got it all, location, great personal, family friendly very clean etc etc. i could go on and on! like i said nothing to not like.
