When checking in the front Desk person was extremely unfriendly and rude, very bad first impression. The hotel itself is not bad the beds where comfortable had a big bathroom with tub, the location is great and the place was clean.

Very rude staff when checking in, not even a good evening or welcome, was like we where bothered him by checking in.

Bathroom wasn't clean, key card security door wasn't locked. Hallway had torn wallpaper throughout, and breakfast was a joke.

The room was nice and clean. Breakfast was very good.

The television has two remote controls, and I had to figure out how to use it on my own. I have stayed there two times and both rooms had two remotes. One changed the channel, and the other one controlled the volume. The door was very hard to open. I actually had to go downstairs from the third floor with my dinner in hand because I could not get the door key card to work. Once I was shown the trick I was able to do it, but it should be easier. Also, I had trouble with the door lock on my last stay too, it was a different room. Lastly, the hair drier in the bathroom didn't work. I know this hotel and know what to expect but it's cheaper than the local competition by enough where I'll put up with a few things. I travel alone so it's ok. If I had a family, I'd stay somewhere a little nicer. I don't like to say anything bad about them, the staff is friendly and the location is very good. If they fixed a few small things I think they could charge a little more.

Breakfast good. Location good

AC didn't work and was not fixed. Side door propped open compromising guest safety. Torn wall paper in hallways. Overall, very Dungy.

Not a clean feel; dirty walls, bathtub, & corners, crumpled lampshades Smoky hallway outside non-smoking rooms. filthy elevator. No attention to detail.

Facility was a little run down and dirty.

The outside of the hotel and location was great

Once you got into the room, it was a dump. Housekeeping used this power or spray to cover up the room smells and I had a reaction to the smell. The smell made my eyes swell and caused my asthma to flair up so we left two days earlier. I well never use that hotel again

The rooms were spacious.

The bed. It was uncomfortable for me however others may disagree. Not able to have a late check out was unfortunate.

First room had hair on the bed and sheets were not nicely tucked, 2nd room has boogers and spots of blood on pillow cases
