Staff was rude, not friendly, didn’t get information about the pool or parking. Overpriced.

Dawn in the restaurant, was excellent to deal with, and knowledgeable about the hotel and staff. Shuttle driver was very helpful, and friendly.

Not to have adequate fire safety in place. Shower non ADA compliant Impossible to hold door open when bringing in your luggage, a hotel wide problem.

Location was convenient.

The hotel has been in violation of the fire code since April 26, 2023. There is a sign posted on the revolving door to that effect. The hotel did not provide advance notice of this situation and we did not feel safe. The airport shuttle took twice as long to get to the airport as any other hotel. We saw Doubletree and Marriott and other shuttles come twice before our shuttle even showed up once.

The staff did not clean my room while I was gone or make the bed and also they didn’t have Netflix on their TV or any good movies channels.

far from airport. airport shuttle was “full” had to use Uber (which the hotel arranged). Took a while to get it all figured out.

After booking.com messed up my booking the staff were very helpful and got me a room.

They have construction going on above my room as early as 6am. The noise didn’t allow me to sleep or stay in room after 6am. And the supervisor couldn’t do anything about it.

The airport shuttle was great, the staff were excellent, our room had a nice ocean view in the distance and the room was a good size. Also there is a nice Pier a few miles away.

The mattress was a bit lumpy. Also there is a fragrance all over the lobby and in the gym it was overwhelming.

Lobby smelled nice and throughout the whole hotel - loved the scent. Room was pretty spacious with generous amenities (shower gel, shampoo & conditioner). Spent 6 nights there, first evening was quiet but the following five nights; not so. Appreciated the absence of young children throughout our stay...wished there was an in-room microwave and program information on the closed-circuit television and would be great if coffee/tea/hot water was available in the lobby 24-hours not just during dining hours. Also, loved the security the hotel provides by having to use room key to access guest floors.

As previously mentioned - wished there had been an in-room microwave oven and 24-hour availability of coffee/tea/hot water in lobby. The laundry facility was a little confusing as there were two washers and two dryers and of the three major appliances charging $2.50 to use however, the fourth appliance, another dryer was $3.00 even though everything about it was exactly the same as the other dryer (puzzling).

Rooms were very, very comfortable and spotless. Shower was like rainfall!

Bed was VERY uncomfortable. Thin sheet and bed spread. WAY too cold (even after adjusting the thermostat.) Location was VERY sketchy. (Mobile police video cart used.)
