Convenient freeway location

Room was excessively hot when we opened the door. Took several hours to cool down. Noticed two bed bugs under pillow in evening and several more in the morning! Never experienced this before at a Comfort Inn and Suites, and I have stayed at several others in various states. Never staying at this location again. We left early, before complimentary breakfast. Had no desire to stay a minute longer. The young gal at the front desk said she would pass along our concerns to the manager. Have received no contact directly from the hotel manager yet.

Very nice staff. Room was clean and bed was comfortable.

AC should have worked better. Room seemed not to cool off. We were there in the winter / very early spring and could not get the room cool. The location is good, Right off the Interstate. But not much is in comfortable walking distance. It is close to most everything and right off the main street, but entering and exiting out to the main street is tricky when there is traffic.

Breakfast was fine, the daytime staff was fabulous, very helpful

Fantastic location. The hotel was clean and well maintained. Breakfast was good. The room was spacious.

The elevator was a little tight getting into for my husband's mobility scooter but it worked.

The breakfast was OK, but the lady running it was having a hard time keeping it stocked.

there were several significant issues: 1. they tried to bump up my rate for 2 nights by $160, but gave me the rate I arranged through Bookings.com 2. there was a plastic bag over the smoke alarm, so it was not functional 3. a small sign on the reception desk said patrons would be charged $2/night for the "convenience" of the safe in the room, but it was up to the patron to ask to be relieved of that fee if the safe was not used. This is sleazy business.

I pay for a room 1:30am and the person there told me sorry is no room available and the Ap I use booking

Rooms need updating and some paint
