It was clean and beds were comfortable.

With the heat, the room was very humid. We tried to turn the air down a bit. By the middle of the night, the room was very stuffy and it was uncomfortable to sleep.

Candace, the bar manager was exceptional. She was friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable. Really, you should look into promoting her, because she represents your brand with exemplary customer service.

I liked the sliding bathroom door, the super-sonic toilet flush, the lighting. Everything was updated.

I was charged twice on one credit card, the second room on a different card, I only occupied 2 rooms, CHARGED FOR 3, Please resolve asap,

Beds were comfortable and fitness center was well equipped.

The person working in the restaurant that evening was amazing. It was my daughter's 4th birthday and she made her feel extra special. She brought all of her favorite fruits and brought chocolate cake and ice cream for dessert. The pool was a little chilly, but it wasn't busy and my daughter had fun. The two shower heads in the shower (and large shower) made it super easy to wash my daughter's hair and not get wet myself. The bed was so comfortable my daughter fell asleep so fast and I could enjoy some Netflix time to myself.

When I checked in, I was informed that my reservation that I had booked two days prior had been cancelled earlier the day of check in. I certainly did not cancel it, so I don't know that that could have been. It was resolved quickly and we LOVED our room on the 9th floor!
