It wasn't that clean, it was super noisy.

The pool is listed as open (in February) so I assumed an indoor pool. It is neither. There was no microwave in my room. The person at the front desk had room-filling BO.

Location is fine, but the interstate noise on the backside is loud.

The doors slammed and there were mouse droppings and a small pee spot ON the fitted sheet! I did NOT notice this when I went to bed. Had I picked up the whole sheet/blanket I would have immediately requested a new room.

Staff was Friendly. Got me another pillow when I asked.

Room was not worth the price. Bathroom was loud. Room felt cramped. Bed was loud and lumpy. TV took forever to change channels. Will not stay again. Will yell family not to stay there either.

- Room is roomy. - Large desk to use as table. - Room seems clean. - Motel has elevator to take my upstairs.

- The door had a slight skew to it hence caught the door frame a bit. It was hard to open at first. I had to bump into it with shoulder to open. The door should be checked and repaired. - The control of the AC/heating system was very dated. It has only cool/hot switch and temperature slider. I slide the temperature all the way to the coldest setting, 50F. It was blowing mild cool wind. the system should be checked and updated. - People next door had dogs with them, and the dog barked often. The bark can be heard through the connecting suite door. The hotel should allocate the non-pet people different from the people with pet. It will be better IMHO.

I was double charged for my one night stay! I have sent a note to Booking.com and to the motel 6 in West Des Moines Iowa and neither have responded! I am not at all pleased!

Our room was not cleaned to meet even a basic expectation. Bathtub was not clean, windows weren't clean, floor had not been swept, fridge was not cleaned out, and the lights were completely filthy and covered in something. No microwave that was supposed to be in our room. Outlet was not in the wall all the way.

Close to interstate - noisy!

The parking was close by, and the location was excellent. My room was quiet. The laundry facilities and the vending machines were convenient.

I couldn't locate the local NBC TV station on the program.

It was not clean we were in one room and the smoke detector cords were not connected and just hanging out. There was no top to it. Got moved to a different room and the plaster of the ceiling was coming off

Mice in the box springs. I could hear it and my dog was beside himself! Staff was not helpful. I wanted a refund.
