night staff were very uninformative, there is apparently no quite hours so there were people yelling a screaming and playing music late into the night for which were told there was nothing they good do.

I had a 2 night stay and couldn’t get my room made up after the first night.

Staff was very friendly and professional.

I liked the privacy and had my own patio. It was really nice . Will come back when the pool is open.

I have not received a copy of my bill as yet. However my credit card has been overcharged and I need an explanation. When will I receive my folio. My friend Richard Friley got ill in Nashville and was admitted to hospital thus we tried to cancel first night of the stay January 13 . However we couldn’t because of the inability to locate the reservation. I will contact my credit card company to put a hold on payment until I receive a bill.

No issues

1 major issue for which I Still have no answer received from the hotel despite several reminders. I did not receive the invoice from my stay. I received an invoice which is absolutely not relevant. The phone number listed on several sites is not answering my request to the hotel to send me the correct invoice is unanswered since more than 1 week. (this request was launched with the bookng.com chat) I also requested a copy from my invoice via the Bonvoy website. A few days later I receive an invoice per email, but it is the same documents I had already received, so not the correct one. This is very serious issue because if I cannot submit evidence from my stay at this hotel I will not be reimbursed by my employer. (approx 500 US$)
