The bed and the shower were heavenly. I loved the bathing supplies and that I could relax and catch up on my Netflix show

Probably that I couldn't adjust the temp in the room. The only settings were tundra or no air at all

Beautiful Lobby set up bathroom was nice clean updated towels nice tv etc lights .

I did not like that they did not have my reservation. I did not like that I drove home in the rain for over two hours. I did not like that the front desk staff could care less that they couldn't find my reservation. I did not like that even though I called the hotel earlier in the day that I would be arriving late, they still could not find my reservation. I did not like that Booking.com has no customer service and did not care that the hotel could not find my reservation. I did not like that my credit card was charged over $200 in spite of the fact that the hotel could not find my reservation. STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL!!!! STAY AWAY FRIM BOOKING.COM!!!!!!

Very nice and clean. The lobby was very inviting.

The staff and hotel bar was stocked with quality cherries for cocktails.

The air conditioning in the hotel was not performing at his best. Our room has so much moisture that the bedding felt wet. The staff moved us from the 5th floor to the 2nd; things improved, but it wasn't the best stay.

Breakfast was phenomenal! The king room was very comfy and clean.

The iron didn’t work well.
