Breakfast was typical; we were upgraded to a larger room which included a moveable table we could use to play cards ... terrific! Room service was very responsive. Staff was warm and informative!

Lighting in bathroom was too dim to put on makeup well.

My reservation was wrong! I had to wait for a different room! Once in the room, it was noisy because I was right next to the laundry room! Laundry going ALL NIGHT LONG! Didn't sleep a wink!!! Exhausted for my meeting the next day!!!

Everything was clean, comfortable and fine. Nothing to complain about.

The room was well designed - something we don't always get. It was very functional - lighting was excellent with adjustable lamps, lots of wi-fi charging connectors, the bed was very comfortable. Everything worked! It was nice to see a fitness center well-maintained with excellent exposure on the ground floor. The breakfast was good with varied dishes - not just the same old thing you get in most hotels. The air conditioner was quiet and comfortable.

Limited parking when there was a conference or local event in the park.

My husband had to go to IU for surgery so I was staying at the Fairfield, felt very safe.

Only one day I asked for the room to be cleaned and it was not, I called and was immediately brought clean towels and coffee supplies. Thank you
