Location was fine. That's all we liked.
Room had a weird smell, Air conditioning was working properly had thermostat down and room probably didn't get below 78 or so, woke up sweating.

location (between mammoth cave and saint louis) and the reception lady was nice.
the room was very noisy. outside our window there was a machine making noise all night long. Breakfast is not worth mentioning, go next door to
Dennys. pool is inside with no access to a sun deck and a little too cold to enjoy.

Oatmeal bar was awesome!! As for the rest of the breakfast it was a typical hotel breakfast. Nothing spectacular.
More variety of items for breakfast, longer hours for breakfast on the weekends. We booked this hotel because it is advertised as having an indoor pool. But of course when we got there the pool was closed! The grandkids had been so exited to get to go swimming and then they can't! Beds were horribly uncomfortable.

Location was perfect. Staff was friendly.
The smell of Clorox and or chlorine in our room. Asked to be moved but told they were full, offered a discount but didn’t give it. Sprayed the room with a sweet air freshener , the combination of smells weren’t good.

The pool area seems a little dated, but we never swam anyway. Just an observation in passing.

Great assortment for breakfast. Pool was a good temperature. Room was clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly and accommodating.
I think the only "complaints" are our toilet handle stuck down so we had to lift it after every flush. Not a biggie, minor inconvenience. I waited till we left to say anything. Also they could use a 2nd or even 3rd waffle maker as it causes a line and congestion in the breakfast area with only one.

Husband ate I am not a breakfast person. He said it was good .
When I arrived an money was already taken from my account the lady at the front desk said my card was not being accepted. I then showed on my app that the card had already been charged. She then said oh I see the issue I needed the number near the charge.
There were Nats an a few tiny ants in the room. No I didn't make a fuss mainly because I was tired!! An I wanted to just sleep

Broken dead bolt lock. Blinking ceiling light in bathroom several electrical lamp plugs for misc equipment did not work. Overall I would rate this property a D- rating. It really lacked attention to details.

Pros: good location, great breakfast, nice pool area
Room was clean but had a smell. Elevator was down and ceiling in the breakfast area was leaking.
Also they charged me more on my final receipt (not the extra fee that is removed), than the price I got from Booking.com.
