The rooms are quite clean. Beds are always comfortable. Breakfast is always warm and delicious.
I don't think there was a thing I didn't like. If I'd say anything was just traffic noise from the highway but it's pretty easy to drown that out.

In the shower looked like mold in the corners, Bugs in room. on 3rd floor looks like roof has been leaking for a awhile.

Breakfast was good. Great selection and variety of breakfast foods. Room was small for the number of people using the dining area. Large groups of young athletics. We had to return to our room to eat. We tried different times to eat, but it was a busy place. Wish there would have been a microwave available in dining area to warm up some items.
The 2 girls at the registration desk on Friday, 7/14/23 in the evening were fantastic - very friendly and helpful. Very pleasant and enjoyable to talk with. Sorry, we do not know their names. They were both young ladies, one had a baby 8 months old and the other had a 1 year old child.
We have stayed at many Hampton Inns the past week while traveling.
Our room was too hot at nighttime. We could not control the temperature, particularly the air conditioner. It worked well during the day.
The noise control in the hallway with all the young athletics particularly in the evening up to about 11:00 pm. They were full of energy.

Everyone did a nice job with breakfast. Plenty of staff members making sure everyone was taken care of. All was served with an abundance of smiles and kind greetings. Location and settings were perfect.
My biggest and only complaint is having made a reservation five months in advance the room we reserved was not available. We were downsized from a King Studio to a King Special which is a much smaller room. Although the staff tried their best to accommodate us it fell short. The explanation was 3rd party agencies like Booking.com overbook the motels. This our second such experience. How can we be assured we are getting the room we are reserving?!?

Good location for my needs but not necessarily the best for best for accessing businesses in Owensboro. Pleasant staff.
Unable to access this facility by outside phone (no answer) when attempting to check in a few days early. Front desk would not / perhaps could not answer the phone from the room on multiple days and multiple attempts (maybe the same problem as above?) This required me to go to the front desk to get several issues resolved. The main hallway carpet was very soiled (from dragging leaking garbage?) The television in my room did not work without adjustments. Maintenance fixed it the first few times then taught me how to do it. I made all the adjustments after that and they were required every time I used it. It appears that regardless of the length of your stay there is no housekeeping except between guests. Exhausted supplies were not even replaced except by request. (This might be Covid protocol?)
