Bed was comfy

For a Marriott it could of been a lot more upgraded, and it could of looked cleaner

The location and cleanliness of the room were great. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

There was no complimentary coffee in the morning which was a disappointment. At the very least they could offer guests coffee. The showers have no wand, which frankly should be standard at a hotel for this price point. The pool had loose pieces on the bottom, I believe they were the light covers, which felt somewhat unsafe perhaps. The night stands are way too narrow and the one with the phone on it is especially hard to fit things on. The TV Netflix is extremely slow and the tv would not allow me to connect my Roku.

The staff was friendly. Helped us with all our request. No problem.

The mattress seem to need updating. The fridge did not keep cool enough.

My family was looking for a hotel close to Fort Eustis to spend time with our son. The location was good and close to shopping. While we didn’t have a comfortable stay the staff was very friendly and accommodating.

The room we were first given did not cool off. It was already warm upon arrival so we adjusted to below 65 to cool it off. we returned a few hours and it was still warm. We informed the front desk and they tried to adjust remotely. They said we could change rooms if it didn’t get cooler in an hour. It was already after 9pm and we were tired. We barely slept the first night. The following day they were able to give us another room. We gladly moved our stuff and the room was immediately cooler. This room was I guess right beside an electric closet and we heard slamming all the next morning around 6/7am. It should be noted this is a dog friendly hotel and there were plenty of barking dogs.
