Our view from the room was awesome! We were very close to all the shops, restaurants and just a short drive to Morro Bay Rock.

Location is perfect for the price, check in was quick and easy, staff friendly and welcoming. The family suite was perfect for our stay

No overnight staff to deal with rude occupants. I was in room 107 and the upstairs occupants kept my family up until 1:30 am.

We were only able to stay one of the three nights booked, as there was a water issue that came up at the hotel-no one's fault-just one of those things that can happen. So, I am only rating the one night. The beds were not very comfortable, but the room was nice and clean-great view of the water. The walls were a little thin-could hear the people in the room next to us; like they were in our room. Staff was very friendly and helpful-especially when it came to having to find a second place to stay for the remainder of our trip.

Close to downtown. Resturants within walking distance. Quite and clean. Had a nice sitting area outside with a fire pit. Very relaxing.

No breackfast.
