The fact they only give you two tools and no wash cloths and the fast that this is my 3rd time staying and the vending machines are always broken

Room 222 was quiet. I made a request to the property manager for a quiet room and room 222 met my needs.

It was dirty with all kinds of spots and stains everywhere. The carpets in the hallway on both floors were worn and dirty.

there were no towels and no cups. I asked for towels and was told they didn’t have any. eventually they went and took some from another empty room. never got cups. also there was no breakfast!

bad location, beds were like sleeping on a rock, one little square pillow per person, no blanket only a top sheet and a thin cover, carpet was filthy, walls looked like they had holes that were patched, shower bar looked like it was about to fall off. we were on the First floor the floor up from us was very noisy all night.

The room was ok but There is no microwave or fridge in the room. and they mention breakfast included but you have to go to the other hotel located across the street. and the breakfast menu was coffee, Juice, and Muffins Only. there is no elevator on the property and you have to carry all the luggage on the stairs.

Walls were recently painted, furniture was in good shape, bath was clean, bed was okay, staff was kind. We had the handicap room, and it was in pretty good shape. Grab bars, safety lock on main door. We have stayed at Super 8 motels all over the USA for many years, but most of them now seem to be going downhill. They are not a family friendly place anymore. Booking.com and Wyndham Rewards are not giving out accurate information.

No phone in room, WiFi didn't work Saturday or Sunday. Had to ask for blanket, hand towels. No breakfast served at Super 8. We were sent to DaysInn across the parking lot, where they had only cheap cello-wrapped "muffins." They were out of coffee and had no cups. I had to walk back to my room and take my own cups. No tea bags, but I had brought my own. The staff did not know that the red faucet on the coffee maker would produce hot water until I showed her how it worked. These people are working hard, but the management is neglecting the basics. Booking.com does not have accurate information about this property.

low on towel, no iron to press clothes, breakfast was really bad-barely had a few muffins, orange juice was artificial, carpet is nasty, bed springs were bad, no microwave. some lamps and bathroom exhaust not working. Bathroom floors were broken. Since it’s a Wyndham, expected much better

This place is a dump. Cannot believe this is a Wyndham hotel.

The place was dirty. Lock on the door did not work. There were exactly 2 towels in the room (no hand towels or washcloths); they were in horrible condition -- I would have donated the them to the humane society long ago. Staff acted like we were unreasonable when we requested washcloths and pillows. We actually heard the person at the front desk commenting on it. Would NEVER stay here again.
