Es dificil escoger que me gustó mas.... todo excelente: La suite inmejorable, muy amplia, comodidad de cama excelente, baño amplio y con todos los implementos necesarios y de muy buena calidad, la vista por las ventanas perfecta, espacio de almacenamiento suficiente El desayuno excelente y el horario hasta las 11am permite dormir un poco mas tarde El hall de ingreso vehicular y el loby del hotel muy bonitos La ubicación del hotel muy buena cerca de Bayside y de brickell El servicio de valet parking muy bueno y facilita las cosas. El personal que brinda ese servicio muy amable y colaborador El proceso de checkin y checkout muy facil y rápido El café de la habitación de muy buena calidad La amabilidad de todo el personal

Nice rooms , The hotel is modern and new . Very close to main attractions , good walk to the river . Everything is grand , the pool , gym

The service is very slow , May be they are short of staff or they take some guest lightly and some with preference . Even though I informed over phone and by email that I will be coming late midnight at around 3 am , still they did nothing and made me wait at reception for 40 mins with my kids sleeping on sofa after tiring and delayed flight . Also to mention a young receptionist who checked me out said you have used mini bar items that’s why yoh have been billed but when I said I moved things from fridge and kept it out as I wanted to keep some bread inside she said you have to go and keep things back in place and I was almost going when thank fully a senior reception gentleman came and he said that’s ok as long as you haven’t used it . Which saved really my time . We are Muslims from gulf and we don’t consume alcohol . Kindly keep experience receptionist , this is JW Marriot not some roadside hotel . Also the young girl failed to explain me my bill . I booked this hotel for 3 nights for 565 usd and she charged me 752 something usd . She couldn’t explain Me why ,
