We got to the Hotel and they said they couldn't find my reservation. Waited about an hour and was told they didn't have our confirmation number from booking.com. Was told that is what happens when you use a third party for reservations! Finally after an hour and a half we got a room. Got to the room and key didn't work. Went down and she redid the key and that one didn't work. The lady from behind the counter came up to use master key and it didn't work. The lady said she would have to get maintenance, but no maintenance was there. We ask for another room and she said they were full. So about 2 1/2 to 3 hours later she amazingly had another room. So our stay was horrible and we would appreciate a refund. This incident was not our fault and I think for the price we should get a refund.😡😡😡😡. Room 415 needs new mattress, hard and lumpy!!!!

There were a few roaches in our room and it took a really long time to get extra towels I had to use a hand towel after my shower :( but over all good stay

The front desk hotel staff were great. Helpful, friendly. Hotel is relatively new and in very good condition. Breakfast was very good, and the lady taking care of breakfast was fantastic!

was very disappointed that they advertised having an indoor pool and hot tub. I paid extra for this convenience. when we arrived they told us it had been broken for months. should have put it on the website or let us know as we checked in, I would have gone to another which was much cheaper but as nice. went there for the pool and hot tub.

The facility was clean, smell clean as soon as we entered the lobby. The room also was very clean and did not smell musty like other hotel rooms. the breakfast was great and again, very clean.

The staff obviously doesn’t know what the check in time is. I came in at 2:45pm and asked if we could check in early for a 3:00pm check in and the front desk clerk said check in wasn’t until 4pm. I showed her my confirmation via email that check in was at 3pm and all she said was “hmmmm, I always thought check in was at 4pm. I’ll have to talk to my manager” I felt she wasn’t really trying to accommodate me as a customer, that I was more of a problem than anything. I also had other encounters with the front desk I wasn’t happy about. I feel they really don’t care about customer service and our room was dirty (the filter on the ac was really dirty too) and the bathtub had a constant drip and the plug in the bathroom you had to keep resetting because it kept tripping. Will never stay here again.

Breakfast was ok. Big let down was the indoor pool and spa were not in operational order. I chose this location over another because of indoor spa. This is the second time I have booked on booking site and have pool out of service. Feel like I’m paying for amenities but not receiving them. I think I will start booking direct so I can confirm operational pool/spas etc.

everything was great, no problems, friendly staff, very helpful. Great breakfast and very easy check in and check out. I would recommend to everyone. Thank you for all of your attention to details. We will be back.

Spacious room with a sitting area and a little kitchenette. Very clean. Did not eat breakfast so don’t know about that.
Carpet was pretty threadbare in areas of the room. Staff was confused on payment and was trying to tell me the 3rd party had paid for it. Manager straightened it all up.
