The pool is closed completely and my kids were looking forward to it. It’s false advertising to say you have a pool and not have it. Upsetting

Two of the 3 beds were good but the pull out was not very good

Never had enough towels in the room - had to constantly ask for more and one night the staff didn't leave any towels for the next day at all. No place to hang towels once they were used - had to ask for new ones every day. Maid service didn't make the pull out bed on the third night.

the property is located in a light industrial area away from noisy freeways. The rooms are spacious and clean. We had a King suite which included a king bed as well as a sofa with a pull out bed. We arrived on an early flight at JFK 7am and drove straight to the property to drop our bags. Upon arrival, we were told that our room was available to check in! and they even offered us the breakfast in their lobby dining area. We were so grateful to get to check in after taking a red-eye flight. The staff (and especially the manager) were exceptionally friendly. We would definitely recommend this place

There was FLYING ROACHES ALL ON THE PROPERTY especially where your supposed to park your cars I went to my truck and the whole outside was full of them….so bad they were getting into my truck when I was getting in the truck they were inside my windows and cracks of my doors! It was bad and I still have not gotten my deposit back from a month ago!

The breakfast completely exceeded my expectations. The variety of offerings was impressive, especially for the price we paid for the room. The scrambled eggs were fluffy yet moist. The pork sausage patty was delicious with no gristle.

The shower leaked a bit onto the floor just outside it.

Hotel was a little dated. Lights in the room didn't work. The room was dark

Building and grounds very clean, staff efficient, friendly and polite. Room nice, bed comfortable, bathroom updated and toilet and shower in separate rooms, breakfast good including waffle-maker, very good scrambled eggs and small quiches, other goodies, coffee always available. Location was good and quiet. Common areas and restroom spotless.
