The security deposit is the highest in all of Stanislaus, San Joaquin, & Alameda counties. Ridiculous, $250 deposit, couldn't even check in and was charged the full rate of the room!

Comfortable. Location was good, just off freeway. Beds were great. Breakfast was pretty good. Lots of available parking. Area was really nice, pretty new, felt really safe. Easy to get around anywhere

Had zero issues with this hotel.

The restroom was clogged and had a leakage. I advised the staff that I had a leak and room smelled like urine. I asked to be moved, and they stated that there were no room available. They said they could spray my room with febreeze. I asked if I could borrow it. I had appointments to attend arriving at the hotel and, with the restroom issue back logged my appointments. I asked the manager if I could get a discount, and she said no cause she had to investigate the issue. I believe if I pay at a decent hotel, I should be comfortable for the high cost of stay.

I booked a two bed room , I arrived late with my granma and it ended up being a 1 bed room . it was so late and we were so tired . when I went to confront them they called it a “glitch in the system “ they still charged me the 191 for the two bed rooms . me and granma get there after long drive from outta town and there are stains on the pillows and sheets . went to front desk to ask for my sheets they were nice and gave it to me . they didn’t have any other rooms available they said they were all booked . horrible experience . i will not be coming here again. they didn’t even try reaching out or anything . I would post photos of all the stains but it doesn’t let me .

Idk - there was nothing really good at this hotel! The rooms are fine and standard quality but thats it!

Location - not the fault from the hotel - i think this whole city is not a good place to stay! The pool area is a joke Breakfast was not good

I think there was a couple who lives there or thought they did and kept everyone up all night Bannon walks and leaving and entering there room. I asked to be moved to a new floor and was told it wasn't necessary and that they would check it out. Security helped a bit but the banging continued.

We were just driving through after a very long day and needed easy. We needed it to be as advertised and it was. All the staff was nice, our room was clean, well stocked, bed was very comfortable, the heat/air con worked perfectly and wasn’t too loud. Everything was in perfect working order. Their breakfast opens at 6:00 am and we really appreciated the early time. There was a good variety of nice food. Cereals, oatmeal, waffles, muffins, bagels, fruit, eggs, sausage potatoes and more. Two coffee choices and decaf with different creamer choices. Parking lot and surrounding area felt safe.
